Shireen has been in the hospital for 1 week. After his encounter with Edwald that night, Shireen could no longer smile. As of now, he was silent and kept daydreaming and crying alone when he saw his son in the glass incubator with many wires and hoses that stuck in the baby's tiny red body.

"Then your husband goes to hell!" Furious Freya took the scissors on the medical table behind her and then, swinging the sharp object to stab Shireen's back which had been sitting on the floor.

However, the cry of the baby inside the incubator there was a strong shrill preventing it. Freya became anxious because people would start coming here.

"I'd better get rid of your son first," Frightened Freya wanted to break the incubator glass but Shireen quickly held her leg and pushed Freya to the table of the medical equipment.

Shireen screams so rebellious that it can not be held again. The nurse who had seen that immediately went to take a sedative while Shireen's baby cries in the incubator there were like muffling the mother's frustrated and desperate voice.

"Shireen, hiks! It's kid, it's already!" Isak Rue's grandmother could not see the situation of Shireen who no longer cared about anything.
