Part 9 - Return of My Husband
Five years ago.
Azka regained her senses when she heard a woman crying and kept calling her name. When he opened his eyes and endured the intense pain, he was already on top of the ambulance.
The man looked at someone the man kept shedding tears, he was Ans.
"Pa-papi," said Azka. Her pale lips twitched wanting to say something.
Ans who realized someone was calling her name immediately turned her head and smiled when her son opened his eyes. The man was about to scream to get the ambulance driver back to the hospital, but Azka's cold hands clasped his hands.
"Bawa Azka went and hid Azka's whereabouts from everyone including Salsa, Pi," Azka's pinta stammered.
"But son, Mommy and your Wife ...."
Azka nodded, holding her chest that hurt.
"If other people knew Azka was alive, then Leo would not have received the appropriate punishment. Announce Azka's death to the others!"
Ans groaned, powerless to see his son's helpless body. They had just improved, but his son wanted to leave him instead.
"Promise Azka, Pi."
With a heavy heart, Ans nodded her head and in that second Azka was unconscious again.
Luckily in the ambulance there was only himself and a few male nurses. Everyone was still grieving in the hospital, calming Salsa as well as the hysterical Dance.
It is very difficult for Ans to heal all the truth for five years from his son-in-law and his wife who continues to cry for Azka. Especially when she found out Salsa was pregnant with her granddaughter.
Not believing in others, Ans meets Reni to become Azka's personal doctor during her treatment. At first the woman did not want to cooperate and wanted to tell Salsa, but stopped hearing Ans's next sentence.
"You want our grandson and Salsa in danger if Leo isn't in prison and Azka is still in critical condition?"
Everything has been going well since then. But one day Azka's condition worsens and requires a heart donor to replace her damaged heart.
It was very difficult for Ans to find a suitable heart donor for Azka. Until Azka fell into a coma not once they got the right heart donor.
Just as it was about to start giving up, a miracle came, and Reni did not expect that person to be Rio. Rio died and his last request was to donate his organs to Azka.
I don't know, Rio knew where Azka was from, but Ans was very grateful about that. Even the man who had always been clenching his pride, was willing to prostrate in front of Rio's parents because of his form of gratitude.
The heart transplant was successful, but Azka returned to critical and coma for many years. I just woke up after five years.
Something feared to happen, Azka awakens with a completely lost memory. Happiness was also sad felt by Ans at that time. Happy his only son returns, but saddened at not recognizing himself as a father.
Thinking Azka's memory will recover faster when she meets Salsa, Ans decides to bring Azka to meet Salsa right on her grandson's birthday when making sure Azka's condition is fine. Even the stitches were completely dry.
