"Your wife is fine, but the fetus in your wife's stomach can not be saved" said the doctor.

"Pregnant?" ask Max lirih.

Max's body slid to the floor, he hid his face on his knee while sobbing.

"Sorry baby, I'm sorry I can't take care of you, I'm a useless husband and father" Max said in between tears.

He felt guilty for not being able to save his future baby in his wife's stomach, which was even worse in not knowing with his wife's pregnancy.

Max looked up at the doctor still standing before him, the doctor and Clarissa could see the tears still dripping from Max's eyes.

"Will my wife still be able to get pregnant again?" max asked while standing up and wiped his tears.

"Can you, sir" said the doctor. Makes Max relieved to hear the answer from the doctor.

At least the two of them still have a chance to have offspring.

"Please keep this incident a secret to my wife, because I don't want to see my wife sad." pinta Max.

"Alright sir, then I will move your wife to the hospital room" said the doctor.

"Move her to the VIP room, I want the best for my wife" Max said.

The doctor nodded and went back into the IGD room.

Now Max stared intently at Clarissa, making Clarissa afraid to see Max looking at her with a hostile look.

"Don't you tell Emma that she had a miscarriage.!" assertive Max.

"And one more thing, please take care of him because I will be away for a while" he added, asking Clarissa to look after his wife.

"Wait!" stop Clarissa when she sees Max leaving, Max looks back.

"Are you really my sister's husband? If it is true when you married my sister" asked Clarissa trying to vent, because she had been very curious about the status of both of them.

She found out that her stepbrother had married without her knowledge.

"You don't need to know, your job right now is just to look after my wife and also to keep it a secret about what happened to my wife" Max said, not liking Clarissa who wanted to know about her personal status.

Clarissa only replied with a nod, she was so afraid of the aura released by Max, Max's face was filled with anger and revenge.

Max leaves the hospital, driving his car to Cosa Nostra.

Arriving at the headquarters of Cosa Nostra Max goes straight inside.

The mafioso immediately bowed respectfully when he saw the former leader entering his headquarters.

In a hurry, Paul ran up to Max.

"Pau, prepare our troops to attack King Dargon's headquarters right now, they must pay for everything he has done to my wife" Max said with a cruel face.
