Alena keeps crying in her practice room, she keeps remembering what Kimora did to her, even though Kimora could not possibly know what she had done with her husband.

Doctor Rian knocked on the door of Doctor Alena's practice room, he went inside and made Doctor Alena surprised.

Alena instantly wiped away her tears, she immediately sat upright on her chair.

"What's Doctor Rian doing, after you came to my practice room,?"
