Chapter 17 ~ Why is This?

Luna talks about a contract of cooperation, while Teja and Doddy are both silent. The girl did not know what was going on between the two men who were busy in their respective minds. Luna and Teja kept on playing as if there was nothing or any relationship between them.

“How about Mr Teja?” asked Luna with her cheerful face.

“No problem, which one should I sign.”

Luna opened the map she had prepared and handed the sheet of paper to Teja.  After putting the signature on the battery sheet, Teja also paid back because Doddy had already left the table.

Teja and Doddy finally meet in the toilet, accidentally meeting because Teja has to make sure of something.

Brakes.

Doddy's body was pushed against the wall even the collar of the man's shirt in Teja's hand.

“After your time with Andin, you can still live free!”

“Let me go, you should have realized. Andin's death was years ago and he died because it wasn't my fault.”

“Not your fault?”

“Aarggg.” Doddy growled in pain because his jaw was in Teja's grip.

“Bangs4t! you hurt Andin and smear him. It's not your fault you said. Where's your brain huh!”

“Is there any evidence that it was my fault. Andin and I were both drunk and we went through a hot night unconscious, not only blaming me but blaming him too.”

The debate and dispute was separated by the janitor and one of the diners. Teja improves her appearance and returns to the table to meet Luna.

“This is your order has come,” said Luna was formal, especially Doddy has re-joined.

The two men were acting indifferent. Luna seems to be enjoying her lunch, unaware that Teja and Doddy are on standby. Turns out Luna poured too much sambal on her soup, Doddy swiftly pushed Luna's drinking glass to see the girl spiciness.

The interaction was witnessed by Teja and suspected that his rivals were sympathetic to Luna.

“Nona Luna, with whom do you live in Jakarta?”

“Hahh.” Luna was surprised by Teja's question. Quite a trapping question, she is at a loss to admit if she lives with her husband or not.

“You better be careful. Sometimes people who look and behave well have bad plans. Don't easily trust a new known person.”

Doddy chuckled softly because Teja's words must have offended him.

“So who are you staying with?”

“Hm, family. There is eyang, Om and aunt too,” said Luna shriek.

Teja grunts resentfully, hoping Luna will admit that she lives with her husband apparently not. The man finally said goodbye on the grounds that there was still another meeting. Only Luna took off in a friendly manner, in contrast to Doddy who behaved modestly.

“We go back to the office yes,” invite Luna. He felt uncomfortable just with Doddy even in a public place.

Luna arrived home early because she wanted to welcome Teja home. The girl is still trying to get Teja's heart and make the man fall in love, let alone yesterday's incident where Teja picked her up like a hero to Luna.

“Bik, dinner serve only. In a moment Mr. Teja comes home,” said Luna.

Without Luna knowing that Teja is still reluctant to meet Doddy. The sense of loss and hatred came back when he saw the man. When he arrived at the house, Teja's face looked serious and flat.

“Pak Teja want to eat first or shower first?” luna asked smilingly to welcome her husband.

Teja chose dinner first, after the bath he wanted to immediately rest. Luna serves Teja, the result of Beautiful observations that serve Amar. Teja was surprised by Luna's behavior, especially the girl came to her room which was just finished with the business of bathing.

“Why?” teja even frowned when she saw Luna wearing hot pants and a shirt with no sleeves. Luna's appearance was tempting, suddenly she remembered Doddy's remark that the incident with Andin happened because of drunkenness and Andin's clothes that always made her eyes wide open.  Teja admitted that Andin often wears clothes that lack material.

“Pak Teja, I want to watch a horror movie. Accompany yes,” pinta Luna.

Teja snorted in annoyance and rejected Luna's request.

“Please, accompany only. Mr. Teja can sleep on my couch on the floor, which is important temenin.” Luna even held Teja's hand while whining.

The girl was surprised by Teja's hand-crashing response and stared cynically at her.

“Be mature, don't be annoying. If you're afraid don't watch and change your clothes. Your style is like pel4cur,” said Teja and quite hit Luna's heart.

The girl fell silent and left Teja and returned to her room. Seeing Luna's response, Teja realizes that her words hurt her enough.

“Ah, why even this way anyway,” cetus Teja while rubbing his face rough.
