Preparation

After these two days Calvin silenced Lena at last now they both had returned to joking again, even Kia and Lion had also gathered together with Calvin and Lena again.

Lena thought that Calvin would be angry with her for a long time, but fortunately Lena's efforts to make Calvin forgive her succeeded sooner than he expected.

Now the four of them gather to talk about the preparations for their wedding which was delayed yesterday, because of the busy Calvin and Lion who have to finish their work before their wedding day.

Actually Ericson also asked Calvin and Lion that he be invited if they want to talk about their wedding plans. But unfortunately when Calvin invites his father to gather at Kia's house, Ericson is also still busy with his work. So inevitably they discuss their wedding plans, without Ericson.

"Have you two decided on the wedding venue?" Calvin looked at Lion and Kia in turn.

"Me and Lena intend to hold the event in two places, because it would be very dangerous if we bring everyone in the demon world here and vice versa" Calvin clasped Lena's hand.

While they were still talking about what was needed at the event, Ericson suddenly came with David and the atmosphere in the living room was silent. Even Kia had wanted to leave from there, only Lion directly forbade him with a headband.

"Dad why bring David here?" Calvin whispered to his father as Ericson sat beside him.

"Dad deliberately did this to bring Lena and Kia closer to her father, because I saw David continue to be moody and regret everything" Ericson also spoke whispered to Calvin.

"But I should have seen the situation and the condition, we all discussed it again for the wedding and now Lena's face is the same Kia so immediately changed with that spirit"

"It's not even good, if David is also here when you discuss the wedding. Because David also has the right to know, after all, Lena and Kia will also get used to their father"

"Yes, it's up to you"

"Let me make a drink for all of you" Lena immediately left without looking at anyone again.

As if understanding Lena's feelings, Calvin immediately went after Lena to the kitchen without saying anything more. Again Kia who also felt uncomfortable immediately tried to leave from there, but Lion grasped his hand so tightly that it was difficult for Kia to release.

When Calvin reaches the kitchen he sees Lena crying, Calvin approaches him and tries to calm Lena down by giving her a hug because that's all Calvin can do now.

"Shhuttt... Cup, cup don't cry anymore yeah, I understand what you're feeling right now" Calvin patted Lena's back softly.

"What do I do now, Vin? I'm really confused! When I saw David's face in my heart I was eager to acknowledge him as a father, but my brain continued to reject it because it thought all this was absurd" Lena still continued to cry in Calvin's arms.

"Actually from the information I got yesterday there is indeed a possibility when cat demons marry humans they will be able to have human offspring as well and that is very rare, because only a few cat demons want to marry humans. While the others are unwilling out of fear of risk like you and Kia" Calvin takes his arms off Lena and sees Lena's eyes still shedding tears.

"That's all the information I just got, so now just follow your heart. Because whatever your decision is, I always support you and take care of you" Calvin smiled and wiped away Lena's tears.

"Thank you, you've been so hard at keeping me going" Lena wiped the rest of her tears that fell back on her cheeks.

"No need to say thank you, because it has become my responsibility as your future husband. So now it's better we make the drink yes, before dad gets here and asks a lot" Lena just nodded her head in response and directly took a few cups to make the tea warm.

After finishing making his drink Lena returned again to the living room, but the condition there was still the same as before she went to the kitchen. Even now it looked like it was worse, as Kia did not want to look towards David and Lion at all.

"Please drink the tea" Lena placed one by one her tea cups on the table and was helped by Calvin as he was about to put the next cup in front of David.

"Thank you Lena" Ericson gave her smile to Lena, while Lena just nodded slowly.

"It looks like I have to talk about this again to Kia and make a decision on this matter" Lena said in her heart as she continued to look at Kia.

"So where's the talk about your wedding preparations? Is everything ready?" Ericson began the conversation first to break the silence in the room.

"We're all done with Mr. Ericson, so we just have to decide where you are" Lion finally answered Ericson's question, because Calvin and the others just kept quiet.

"So, how about we ask David's opinion for his place?"

"Engga! I don't want him to interfere in my wedding, Dad! After all, she had no right to participate in this discussion" Kia quickly rejected the advice given by Ericson, even Kia pulled her hand from Lion's grasp and left the room.

"So soon, let me talk to Kia first" Lena went back to leave the place.

After Lena and Kia left the atmosphere in the room went back to silence, Calvin and Lion even just lowered their heads. While Ericson continues to look at David who returned moody, when he saw Kia could not accept it.
