While in the car heading to the hospital, Caca was noticeably quieter than her husband.

Caca, Rey, Mama Mona is in a car with Leo who is the driver. Tiara and Alex were in different cars.

Mommy Jessy was actually eager to accompany Caca to give birth, but she also felt sorry for El and Zio if everyone came along.

So Mommy Jessy and Papa Nathan decided to wait for news at the mansion.

"Ish," Caca hissed back as he felt the heartburn on his stomach appear.

"Darling, does it hurt anymore?" Mama Mona, sitting on her right side, helped wipe Caca's lower back.

But then Caca leaned his back on the back of the car seat, when the heartburn in his stomach was gone.

"Uncle, shut up. The mouth is gone." Caca was a little annoyed to see her husband who had been panicking.

Mama Mona just shook her head looking at her son and daughter-in-law earlier arguing.

Until some time the car driven by Leo arrived at the hospital owned by the Pratama family. And look Alex and Tiara who turned out to have arrived first.

They are already with the Doctor and several nurses waiting for Caca's arrival. Caca was pushed into the examination room using a wheelchair.

Tiara and Alex enter Caca's room, which is in the VIP room.

"For now the heartburn is still like that," replied Caca grimacing as the heartburn came back.

Rey faithfully rubbed Caca's back, while Mama Mona continued to hold her daughter-in-law's hand.

Caca then turned to look at her husband. "Uncle, I want ice cream" he said suddenly.

"What?" Rey felt her hearing wrong.

"Ice cream, Uncle." repeated Caca.

"But it's midnight?" Rey saw the clock on her phone.

"Ish, Uncle. I want ice cream," Caca who doesn't want to know.

"Rey, just buy it. There's gotta be a 24-hour supermarket open around here" Mama Mona interrupted.

Finally Rey reluctantly left his wife to buy her a wish. "Lex, let's get me." Rey pulled Alex's hand to go with her.

"Ck," Alex clucked in annoyance. Pregnant women who soon give birth want ice cream.

Rey brought some ice cream and some food. "Honey this," Rey gave his wife an order.

Caca enthusiastically sat down and grabbed her. Enjoy it without offering anything else.

Mama Mona and Tiara smile at Caca who is not so complaining before labor. Though most people sometimes there are who can not withstand the heartburn and pain, until someone cries.

Just as Caca finished his ice cream, the door to his inpatient room opened from the outside. The doctor and nurse go in for a check-up, so Tiara and Alex decide to go out and call Mommy to tell her about Caca.

"Mother Caca has opened five," explained the doctor after finishing checking it. Then look towards Rey. "Sir, his wife was asked to walk. Just in this room alone, it can also help speed up the opening." he added.

"Okay, Doctor." Sahut Rey's.

The doctor and nurse then moved on from there. Tiara and Alex return to Caca's room.

"Darling, are you trying to walk now?" tawar Rey's.

"Byeah" Caca then slowly got off the bed.

Rey carefully grasped Caca's body with her right hand wrapped around Caca's waist, while her left hand held Caca's infusion pole.

"Slow down, baby," Mama Mona reminded.

"Yes, Mah." Answer Caca.

Step by step Caca walked, occasionally stopping as he felt heartburn on his stomach.

Until a while later, suddenly Caca's body was almost hollow. Fortunately, Rey hugged him.

"Akh, Uncle." Caca grimaced holding her stomach. Cold sweat also began to wet his forehead. Heartburn that comes now is much more painful than before.

"Rey, quickly get Caca to bed. And call the Doctor," Mama Mona helped Caca to lie down.

Caca was in so much pain right now, that heartburn was coming in close range. It felt like the bones in his body were crumbling simultaneously.

"Uncle." Caca clasped her husband's hand tightly, hoping the pain would lessen a bit.

Although Tiara has given birth, but seeing Caca like that it feels like she also feels what Caca is experiencing.

"Darling, we better get out. Soon the doctor will come," asked Alex, who was taken by Tiara.

Not long after the doctor came with the nurse and immediately examined Caca. "Well, that's fast. It's been a full opening, it's been faster than expected." After the doctor checks the birth canal.

"Suster prepare her for labor now," he ordered.

"Okay Doctor," the nurse immediately passed and prepared the maternity equipment.

In the delivery room, Caca is with Rey.

"Well Mother Caca wait from my cue to push," the doctor's instruction who was already between Caca's thighs that were wide open.

Caca just nodded, the pain was no longer able to make him answer.

"Sir, help to encourage his wife." Exclaimed Doctor, immediately disperse Rey's daydream.

"I-yes," said Rey nervously.

Since Rey saw the tool that will be used in childbirth, somehow he became creepy himself.

"Mother, take a deep breath and then strain. Like someone who's gonna poop." The doctor interrupts it.
