"Master, Den Shane is already outside with his wife" said the middle-aged woman who is the head of ART residence Andrawijaya.
"Make them a snack, I'll meet them."
In the living room, Shane and Flora looked silent, the hands of the hijab-wearing beautiful girl were starting to cool.
"Do you want us to go home?" tawar Shane who felt his wife's palm start to cool.
"No, I'm fine" said Flora, smiling at her husband.
Shortly thereafter, three cups of warm tea were available at the dinner table, as well as snacks in the form of homemade pastries.
"Please drink the tea, Non, Aden," said the middle-aged woman who now prepares cookies in a jar.
"The cake is also tasted Non."
The housekeeping assistant passed leaving Shane and Flora in each other's minds.
Shortly after, the middle-aged man who had descended from the top floor approached the two.
"You two have been a long time?" ask the middle-aged man's friendly to the married couple.
"We've just arrived, sir" said Flora politely, while Shane was silent.
"Drink first while warm" Andrawijaya asked the two young people in front of him.
Flora nodded and took her drink, finished drinking she gently nudged her husband's body so as not to look awkward, though Shane was lazy, yet she still followed what Flora asked for.
The middle-aged man gave a small smile, he got the entertainment of the night from a beautiful girl who was the wife of his son.
"Dad wants to know, did you guys make a mistake to get married without my blessing?" investigate the middle-aged man on the two young people in front of him.
"Yes," said Flora in a soft tone.
"No," Shane replied firmly.
The two replied with different answers and made the middle-aged man look to hold back a laugh.
"Is it true, what not?" andrawijaya's assertion to his son.
"I didn't even do anything that could tarnish Dad's good name" Shane said in an annoyed tone.
"Why can you get married if nothing happens?" the middle-aged man scowled at his son who was only silent with a cold gaze.
Flora spoke up as her husband remained silent like a statue.
The hijab girl explained what happened between the two of them, not angry, the middle-aged man who was one of the famous millionaires was even spinning around hearing the narration from his daughter-in-law.
"You are married only because of the slander of the neighbors, but there is a silver lining behind all these events" said the middle-aged man with a sharp look.
Flora was silent and remained polite, even though her husband was still ice-cold as Mount Everest.
"There's a silver lining for your neighbor to marry you, I'm the first person to support your marriage, because Shane used to always choose the wrong partner who he said he loved but what happened was only using him," sir Andra with a lethargic face.
"But this time I really salute and also thank you, son, for making my son better and also aware of his mistakes, before meeting you, son, I had to force him to let go of all the bad friends just for his life, but......"
The explanation of the middle-aged man being cut off, he inhaled a deep breath and continued his story.
"Maybe to Shane I'm a bad father and forbid this and that a lot, but because he's my son, I want the best for him, but Shane misperceived me and our relationship has finally been strained until now."
Mr. Andra invited his two children to eat together, now Flora and the middle-aged man who is his father-in-law were so familiar.
"Eat a lot, do not hesitate," said soft Mr Andra? at Flora who replied with a sweet smile.
After dinner together in one table, Mr. Andra invited the two young men to have a casual conversation.
"What if you guys stay here first" the middle-aged man bargained for Shane and Flora.
"Rara follow what her husband says, sir" said Flora with a sweet smile.
"How about Shane, do you want if you two feel at this father's house, or......"
Mr. Andra exhaled his breath, because his only son did not answer or refute his words.
"Dad knows the answer.........."
Not finished the middle-aged man spoke, Shane had already cut his parents' words first.
"Alright, we'll stay here," the young man broke up while throwing his face away.
Although he was in a state of annoyance, as much as possible, the young man set an example for his wife.
There was a happy hue imprinted on that aging face.
"I'm sorry, sir if Rara interrupts, but may Rara permission to do Islamic prayers first, before Rara goes to sleep because it's night," the beautiful girl in hijab told Mr. Andra.
"May, son, you just follow Aunt ART who is in the kitchen" the middle-aged man told his son-in-law.
"Okay, sir, thank you."
Flora got up from her seat, she now followed the words of her father-in-law who gave her directions.
Now there lived Shane and the middle-aged man who just sat in silence.
"Mane!"
The middle-aged man gathered his courage, although it was a bit awkward because he had not spoken to the child for a long time.
"Hm."
The handsome young man just cleared his throat, then the atmosphere returned silent.
"Dad's glad you're here, I'm sorry if you had to suffer out there because you're angry with me."
The middle-aged man was now looking at his son's bead that was so injured.
"Do you still hold on to that anger, son?" asked the middle-aged man in a sad tone, his voice hoarse as if the crystal clear he was storing decayed instantly.
The handsome young man looked at his father's face, so many wounds implied on his parents' faces.
"I was disappointed because my attitude always set me, not a few words Dad hurt my feelings, it took me time to forgive all of my mistakes, but anyway Dad is still part of my life, The father who had raised me to what I am today" explained Shane made the middle-aged man's defense collapse.
Wise words came out of the lips of the son only after a long time without greeting.
"I'm sorry, too, Well, I don't believe in your good advice, I understand your worries all along, now I'm aware of all my wife's blessings, because his presence makes me return to the straight path and the path that Allah SWT leads," Shane told the middle-aged man in front of him.
The two began to warm up and exchange stories, but the two men of different ages did not know if there was someone watching their movements, then a sweet smile was engraved there.
