Finished helping the workers in stirring the cement dough Rachel sat down where the workers rested..Rachel did not hesitate or feel different.all the same for her.

"About 15 of these units completed how long?" rachel asked to melt the atmosphere.

"If only ordinary housing at least not long miss but because this is a luxury housing so the possibility of 5 months more and also we are happy that many workers are involved and that there is already their respective duties" said one worker.

The conversation continued the workers were happy because Rachel was very good to all of them.

The man turned around and left the construction site.he just wanted to check directly the construction because he did not want to be helped.at when he arrived he saw Rachel was stirring cement..a little surprised and wanted to be angry but only for a moment because after he thought again it turned out that it was the strategy of Rachel's team in building closeness with the workers so as not to cause distance.
