After debating what they were going to eat, they finally stopped at their schoolboy subscription meatball stall. Most have often eaten here and already know the delicious food.
Hanna sat next to the Ronin. The young man followed him like a child following his mother. So adorable and troublesome at the same time. But Hanna did not seem to be too dizzy because the girl looked cute.
After waiting for a few minutes, finally their order came as well. The three women seemed excited to receive their bowls. It is true that most women are meatball lovers. Or rather a food lover.
Hanna grabbed a bowl of sambal that was nearby. But before he could retrieve it, Ken had first picked it up and pointed it towards the middle, away from the girl's reach. Hanna just looked at him sharply, but said nothing. But Ken's actions have just been seen by the Ronin and Felline who are near them.
“Lo want to sambel?” Ronin offer. The young man brought the bowl of chili that Ken had previously kept away, close to the girl. Hanna took it with passion. One spoon, two spoons, three spoons. Hanna shut it back down. “Princess, I mean not that much.” Ronin protested, suddenly worried.
“But I want it this way.” Hanna replied casually.
“You strong same sambel?” Felline asked. The girl had just eaten with Hanna so she did not know the character of this girl.
“Not too.” Hanna was still relaxed as she said this, the girl stirred her meatballs calmly.
Ronin. “Bright continue?!” He almost screamed.
"It's not too much."
Ken grinned listening to Hanna's explanation. That girl is really unruly. Though also often sore throat due to sambal but still his love of spicy taste can not be lost.
"Not too much what does it mean?" Ronin gold. The young man gritted his teeth. Really yes this girl. So regretted he followed this girl's will.
"It's ok, Ronin. I can handle it." Hanna smiled. The girl actually smiled to the eyes. Ken even nearly dropped his spoon looking at this girl's smile. Because yes, anyone knows that Hanna very rarely smiles. And now smiling at the Ronin, this rogue youth? Who does she deserve to have a Hanna smile?
While Ronin, it seemed like Hanna's smile was indeed his weakness. The young man no longer protested, letting the girl eat quietly.
He thought to himself, why did that young man get so easily crushed like this?
—
It was late afternoon when the Ronin drove Hanna home. Along the way, the young man just kept silent, not saying a word. As far as Hanna knew, this young man was arguably chatty. There are always things to talk about when they are together. So if it's like this, does that mean something?
"Ronin," call Hanna as they arrive in front of Hanna's house. The girl looked at the clingy Ronin who seemed preoccupied with her own thoughts.
"Hmm?"
"What's wrong?"
Ronin shook his head slowly, smiling. "No papa."
Hanna was still looking at him. Grabbing the young man's hand slowly. "Lo's mad at me?"
“No, Princess.” Ronin was still smiling. The young man now changed who was holding Hanna's hand. Warm hands of the girl, as usual.
Hanna still doesn't believe it. But the girl did not say anything, just looking at the young man fixedly made the Ronin misbehave himself. The young man finally admitted his unrest. “Gue just. not confident. I don't know much about you and I'm afraid that what I'm doing hurts and harms you. Like what your best friend said.”
“Hmm.. problem sambel?”
Ronin laughs. “Ya is one of them.”
Now replace the laughing Hanna. “Hey, it’s ok. I know my limits and I can take care of myself.”
“But I want to keep you, Hanna dear.” The ronin pinched the girl's cheeks fatigued.
Hanna laughed again, displaying a neat row of her teeth. “OK okay, sorry I got used to myself.” The girl was silent for a moment. “Yaudah, next time I hear your opinion first.” Again, the girl smiled.
Gosh, the Ronin forgot to breathe like this all the time.
Hanna nodded with a smile. Just as the Ronin was about to release his hand, Hanna pulled him back, making the young man focus back on him. Without saying a word, the girl kissed the short cheek of the Ronin.
Very brief. But the young man felt like he was hit by electricity. The young man was fixated when he saw Hanna who was smiling so sweetly.
“Thank you for my anterin,” said the girl smiled shyly. If only they did not remember that they were in front of this girl's house, maybe the Ronin had hugged her and even kissed her so hot.
Btw, what did that mean? Does that mean Hanna's already accepted it?
Ronin didn't even think.
—
Hanna's smile suddenly vanished as the girl closed the door. The father stood there. Right in front of a small monitor screen that displays a cctv capture in front of their house fence.
“Papa.” Hanna said hello. The girl though arrogant half-dead in school, but very respectful papa also her mama.
“Where to from, baby? Just home?” she asked slowly, but it felt cold in Hanna's ear.
“Iya Pa, no meetings.”
“Lately you rarely picked up Mr. Slamet, why?” Adra, Papa Hanna asked again. His facial lines were very firm and stiff. In fact, even though he has amazing feet, but usually always patient and nurture this child.
“Iya, there are many activities, Pa. Not sure what time he comes home. Poor Mr. Slamet if you wait.” Hanna. The girl wanted to quickly dart into her room, afraid there were other miscellaneous questions after this.
“Not from the past was like that too? Who goes home now?”
Hanna tightened the handle on her bag. “Temen,” replied the girl slowly.
“Friends who have hurt you twice?”
Supposedly. His father really asked this. Something Hanna had been worried about for a long time. The girl looked up, looking at her Papa who was also looking at her, waiting for Hanna's reply. “He wasn't on purpose, Papa. Ronin didn't mean to hurt Hanna. Hanna alone is sloppy.”
“But you agree that he can drag you into danger?”
“Hanna can take care of herself, Pa.”
Adra looked at Hanna. Staring at the princess only wayangnya stick. Worry was evident from the look in his eyes. “You like it?” he asked slowly, no longer as emotional as before.
“He's good, Pa. Ronin has never been evil with Hanna.”
“Papa asked, do you like it?”
Hanna tightened her grip on her side bag. The girl lowered her head, but slowly nodded her head briefly making Adra sigh. “You realize what the danger is if you are with a child like that?”
Hanna looks up. I don't know why his emotions were ignited when he heard his papa's question. “What kind of child does Papa mean? Papa doesn't know Ronin. Papa doesn't know what he looks like.”
“Papa tau, papa has checked everything. His mother became the chief secretary of a well-known company director, but a single parent. No other family, no information about his father. He brandal, brawled, in and out of BK, even in and out of the hospital. The enemy is everywhere. He's a lot of people, baby. What happens if you are the same? Papa can't let Papa's only child challenge danger.”
“Pa, papa educates Hanna as a brave child, a tough one.”
“Being doesn't mean having to challenge danger, Hanna.” Adra looked at her daughter. It is true that some say that children are a reflection of ourselves. Hanna is stubborn, tough, unopposed, like her. But the trouble was, this little girl was kind and pure, like his wife. Really interesting blend.
“Pa, Hanna can take care of herself.” Hanna's still trying to convince her dad.
“Papa who will take care of you.” Adra was silent for a moment. “Start tomorrow, papa will take you to school.” Finals. Irrefutably. Hanna was only able to stare at her papa returning to her study.
