We cannot imagine what answer we will give before God, when asked what is the reason for killing children?
2. The child of adultery is sent to his mother and not to his father.
Because the biological father is not his father in sharia. This child was born without a father. From Abdullah bin Amr bin Ash, he said :
قَضَى النبي صَلَّى اللَّهُ عَلَيْهِ وَسَلَّمَ أَنَّ مَنْ كَانَ مِنْ أَمَةٍ لَمْ يَمْلِكْهَا ، أَوْ مِنْ حُرَّةٍ عَاهَرَ بِهَا فَإِنَّهُ لا يَلْحَقُ بِهِ وَلا يَرِثُ.
"Prophet shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam decided, that the child of the result of a relationship with a slave that he did not have, or the result of adultery with a free woman was not assigned to his biological father and did not inherit it.(HR. Ahmad, Abu Dawud, Al-Albani and Shuaib Al-Arnauth)
The other Dalil is the hadith of Aisha radhiallahu’anha, that Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said :
الولد للفراش وللعاهر الحجر
“The child becomes the right of the owner of the firasy, and for the adulterer he gets a loss".
Imam An-Nawawi said :
“When a woman is married to a man or a slave woman becomes a partner of a man, then the woman becomes a firasy for the man. Next this guy is called “firasy” owner. As long as the woman becomes the firasy of the man, then every child born of the woman is her child. Although it could be, there are children created from the results of cheating done by the wife with other men. While the male affair only get a loss, it means not having the slightest rights with the child of the results of his adultery with the wife of others".

Based on the information above, the scholars concluded that the child of adultery was not at all his father. Therefore, it should not be taken to his father.
What if he was taken to his father?
His law is forbidden even a great sin. This is based on the hadith of Sa’d, Nabi shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam said :
من ادعى إلى غير أبيه وهو يعلم أنه غير أبيه فالجنة عليه حرام
“Who confesses one's son, while he knows that it is not his father then a haram paradise for him". (CHR. Bukhari. 6385)
Because the biological father is not the father, the law is illegal, the child is born to his father. What about the nassab? Because this child has no father, then he was sent to his mother, for example: paijo bin fulanah. As Prophet Isa ‘alaihis salam was sent to his mother, Isa ibn Maryam, because he was born without a father.
3. Marriage Guardians
If the child born of adultery is a woman, then this child has no guardian on the part of his family. Because he does not have a father, so there is no path of family guardians from the father's side. While the guardian of marriage is only on the part of the father's family. Therefore, the marriage guardian moves to the judge (KUA)
4. Men who marry women until they become pregnant should not marry them until they give birth.
Among the postulates that show this is the word of the Prophet shallallahu ‘alaihi wa sallam,
لَا توطأ حامل حتى تضع
“A pregnant woman should not be invited to have sex until she gives birth".
(CHR. Abu Daud, Ad-Darimi, and Al-Albani)
