"Sayanggggggg" Shouted Pram in shock as he looked at his wife's already weak body helplessly on the chair.

By reflex Bella's men immediately release Kinan's hand until Kinan's body falls down.

"Arrrgggghhh is sick" cried Kinan hysterically as his stomach hit the floor.

Pram's men immediately caught Bella and her men.

"Look at your son and wife will die Pram, I will kill him hahaha" Bella said as she was taken away by Pram's men.

Pram immediately carried Kinan who was already abundant with blood.

"Hend let's hurry to the hospital" Pram said frantically.

Without answering, Hendra immediately drove his car to the nearest hospital.

"Miss is currently past her critical period, but sorry the child in her birth can not be saved because the impact is quite hard" replied the Doctor with a face full of his regret.

"Dok , didn't you survive?" Pram's remarks ensure.

The doctor just nodded. Pram immediately punched the wall in front of him loudly.

"Argghhh how I explained to Kinan , even he was very enthusiastic about welcoming our third child" Pram said sobbing.

"Young Master change your clothes first before visiting Miss in her room" said Hendra.

While at headquarters Bella always screams hysterically want to get out of there.

"You guys, let me go because I'll be your mistress after that damn woman dies" Bella said in a shout.

The guards and Pram's men only chuckled at Bella's confident behavior.

"Don't be confident Miss , maybe right now your angel of death is walking towards you" replied Pram's men with a chuckle.

"I'm not going to die, and Pram will be here to free me" Bella said with a smile.

Suddenly all the Pram's men immediately laughed when they heard Bella's speech that was very laughable ears.
