"Honey, I'm dizzy" lamented Elbert holding Gemini's hand trying to support her heavy body.
"El, don't scare me!" Gemini led Elbert to a chair.
"Whoever please call an ambulance or call a doctor to come!" Shouted Gemini pleading. Gemini never expected this to happen at this time. She hopes her husband won't be sick now even though she knows Elbert is suffering from late-stage leukemia. The doctors raised their hands.
"Hold on a second!" Pinta Monica, Elbert's mother while helping her son remove the nosebleed blood rushing from his nose.
"El, don't scare me" Gemini hugged Elbert not even caring her wedding dress was dirty due to nosebleed blood.
"AMBULANCE'S COMING!" Someone screamed and a couple of nurses came in and took care of Elbert. Elbert was immediately taken to the hospital while Gemini and her family soon changed clothes more comfortable and will follow to the hospital.
"Don't touch my dress!" Tell Gemini when one of the servants of the Elbert family was about to bring her dress to clean. The servant complied and left the Gemini room.
"Gemini, come on" her mother-in-law.
"Yes Mom" Gemini and Monica immediately leave for the hospital with other families.
"Patience Gem, persevere and pray continuously. Don't forget God has a plan" Gemini's mother advised her daughter without letting go of her arms from her only daughter.
"Yes Ma. Gemini is strong, Gemini must be strong for Elbert" replied Gemini with a trembling voice because it held back tears.
"El, you can do it! You have to survive!" The Gemini mind is hopeful.
They finally arrived at the hospital. After asking the informant, they immediately headed to the IGD room. From a distance Gemini could see a man standing in front of the IGD room door with a flat face. Gemini had never seen the man before, but his face was quite similar to Elbert's only that the man looked more mature than the twenty-seven-year-old Elbert.
"Jacob" Monica immediately hugged the man she called Jacob.
"Don't be sad Mom! El will be fine" Jacob hugged his Mommy tightly and calmed the woman down. Jacob glanced at Gemini and his gaze made Gemini shudder and feel intimidated.
A doctor came out of the IGD room. Gemini and her mother Jacob and Monica immediately approached the doctor.
"How's my brother doing?" Jacob asked worriedly and Gemini found out that Elbert had a sister. Elbert had never told him about the man.
"He's not okay. His body was too weak to survive. If he can get through this critical period, maybe his life can still last a few days or a few more weeks. But still, I'm just a doctor who has no right to go ahead of God's plan" explained the Doctor trying to encourage.
"So my husband now how is the Doctor?" Gemini asked, unable to hold back her tears.
"He is currently resting. We'll wait a few more hours until he wakes up" explained the doctor again. The four different people of that generation only sighed violently in ruffles.
"I'm sorry then" said the doctor and left.
A few hours passed.
Monica still cries in the arms of her eldest son while Gemini is calmed by her mother. Jacob several times caught glancing at Gemini not like. Gemini chooses to ignore it because his mind is only on the husband who does not know for sure how he is.
"Mister Elbert's family?" A nurse came out of the IGD room.
"I.m.me.." Jacob and Gemini answered at the same time and went to the nurse.
"Are you Jacob and Gemini? If so, Mr. Elbert wants you to go in at the same time" explained the nurse then slightly moved aside. Jacob and Gemini entered without asking much. Arriving inside the IGD room, Elbert's pale face was smiling.
"Darling..." Elbert stretched out his weak hand and Gemini immediately accepted it.
"Don't move much first!" Gemini's word is soft.
"Jack, thank you!" Elbert also extended her other hand and Jacob immediately greeted her as well.
"Don't be silly!" Ketus Jacob was used to talking rudely except to his mother and sister except now.
"Jack, can I ask you something? My last request" asked Elbert softly.
"Don't be stupid! You'll get well" Jacob said again, while Gemini tried to contain her frustration at seeing her brother-in-law being rude to her husband. Elbert shook his head while smiling sweetly.
"Can or not, Jack?" Ask Elbert again.
"Em.Say it! If I can fulfill, I will fulfill" Jacob was forced to.
"You must fulfill it!" Elbert's word was full of emphasis while Gemini continued to stroke her husband's head and provide support.
"Yes, say it!" Tell Jacob not to lose. Elbert suddenly took the hands of his brother and his wife and put them together.
"Marry Gemini after I'm gone! Take care of her and protect her like she's been taking care of me!" Elbert's word was full of decisiveness.
"You...El, Elbert..." Jacob's growl changed with a worried cry when the brother suddenly had difficulty breathing and his body arched high into the air and a few moments after that the sound of the heart beat monitor Elbert's heart had been heard stop beating.
"EL..ELBERT..." Gemini cried out in tears as she shook Elbert's already defenseless body.
"Suster. call the doctor!" Decree Jacob.

"Let go! I have to wake my husband!" Gemini thrashed but Jacob continued to hold her tightly. Not to calm down but to prevent the Gemini from doing beyond the limits.
The doctor arrived and immediately checked Elbert's condition. Monica and the besan who heard the commotion from inside also went straight into the room. Monica immediately collapsed on her iron and lucky Gemini Mother can support Monica's body.
