Ken is agitated because tomorrow he has to leave Ara again. Tonight is the last time with him. But Ara had just gone through a trauma-free phase. Ken wishes Ara could take care of her heart when she's not around.

Ken knows Ara's a little angry. He grabbed Ara's hand and held her tightly, "i'm not kidding, baby. If I go home, we'll get married soon!" said Ken.
