Still Traumatized

The man on the floor suddenly stood up and attacked Nathan. Nathan also reflexively releases his embrace on Luna and then encourages the girl to avoid being hit by the man's kick and punch.

"Nathan, wait!!" exclaimed Mr. Xia who suddenly appeared with some men wearing black suits. "Don't be killed first!! We need to get information from him about who ordered it."

"There's no point in asking someone like him!! Because he won't confess!! It's better to just be finished off, than to be troublesome!!" said Nathan.

Mr. Xia shook his head, he disagreed with what Nathan said. That person needs to be given one more chance to acknowledge who has ordered it. Mr. Xia should know, because it concerns the safety of his daughter.

"Just treat your wounds. He let me take care of it" said Mr. Xia.

"Whatever." Nathan said and left.

Nathan's attention was distracted by the squealing sound on the door of his room. Luna walked up to him.

There was no response from Nathan. He just looked at Luna flatly.

The two of them stood facing each other, it felt like Luna wanted to scream at the injuries that adorned the man's body.

His left eye that had been almost healed had bleeding again due to the foreign man's blow. Even those eyes also let out fresh blood.

Luna's eyes suddenly twitched at the fresh blood coming out of Nathan's wounds. He almost fainted, lucky that Nathan caught him so soon that his body did not kiss on the floor.

"Have known blood phobia, but why are you still here!!" nathan scolded while laying Luna on her bed.

"It's because I'm worried about you and you're hurt anyway for protecting me" Luna said.

Shaking, Luna placed her hand on Nathan's bloodied face. Then he wiped the blood coming out of his left eye. Luna was sad, she was hurt because of him. And Luna couldn't possibly forgive herself if something bad happened to Nathan's left eye.

Nathan clasped Luna's fingers on her face and lowered them. Nathan took out some sheets of tissue which he then used to wipe the blood on the girl's hand.

"Don't touch it!! I don't want you to fall unconscious" Nathan said, locking the girl's Hazel bead.

"Is this sick?" luna looked at Nathan guiltily.

The man shook his head. "Not at all!! I've been used to getting hurt like this, so a small injury is nothing" he said.

Luna was silent for a while, a big question mark appeared on her mind about who Nathan really was.

He only knew that this man was a very dangerous person, but Luna did not know who Nathan really was.

"Let me treat your wounds" said Luna, rising from her bed. He was soon arrested by Nathan.

The man shook his head. "No need, let me be alone. Stay lying down and don't get up, you must be dizzy at the sight of blood. And I know you're still traumatized by what just happened." Nathan said as if he understood what Luna was thinking.

Luna did not give any response to Nathan's remarks. How can he know if he is still traumatized by the events that have just happened.

Could it be that the man understood what he was thinking right now?! Luna raised her face and re-locked Nathan's black bead.

"How do you know if I'm still traumatized by what happened. To be honest, I was traumatized not by the appearance of the man, but I was traumatized by the dark. Darkness is one of your weaknesses besides blood. And I can be so scared when I'm in the dark. That's why I prefer light to dark." His words are long.

Nathan got up from his seat and sauntered away from Luna. "It's better to lie down. I'll be right back" Nathan said and left.

Nathan left his room as well as the people who were there.

Luna stared at Nathan's departure with a hard-to-explain look.
