At nightfall, when Ricko came home with Nisa where they had gone shopping was greeted by a small box on their doorstep. When Ricko opened it, it was seen in the box containing the carcass of a dead bird and fresh blood.

Not thinking for long Ricko took Nisa directly to the hospital, while on the road he called the police using handsfree and told her everything that happened at his house.

Arriving at the hospital Ricko directly carried his wife's body to the IGD, the doctor there was surprised to see Nisa passed out because the doctor who handled it was doctor Welly.

"Why did Nisa pass out Rick?!" Doctor Welly.

"Dad Rick was patientwell, you wait outside first."
