CHAPTER 16 - Not as Beautiful as the Shadow

"Yes, Zora is pregnant with my son and we love each other. For that, I asked Daddy to take it off properly because I have to take responsibility for my son."

Lucas thought, by notifying Zora of pregnancy then the problem will be solved there. In fact, Lucas's guess was wrong. After Lucas expressed his intention, Julian was disquieted and considered it a joke.

Julian was completely deceived, he thought the warming Lucas had indeed forgotten all his anger and resentment towards him. However, without him knowing if Lucas is too far in the act.

"I'm just asking for permission to marry her, isn't it still polite, Dad? If I'm as haughty as Daddy said then I'll take Zora the other way." Lucas pressed his every word.

"You think it's that easy? I'm getting it hard not to be your wife" said Julian, who denied Lucas' desire to marry her. He did not give his son permission to marry Zora at all, no matter what the reason.

Lucas sipped his saliva with difficulty, presumably it would be difficult because now the father seemed frustrated with the step Julian took. Painstakingly refraining from hurting Lucas, the man pulled his hair strongly.

With just a sigh and eye movement, Lucas's hands were now wrapped in two large men there. Lucas didn't keep quiet, he was rebellious, but still his strength was outdone by the two bodyguards who always guarded Julian every time he left.

"Don't stop Daddy" Julian said as Lucas stood at the door and blocked Mike's assistant from knocking on Zora's door.

Lucas asks Zora to stay in the room, waiting for the good news that he will bring. If he knew Julian's reaction would be as dire as this, maybe he'd hide Lucas in a safer place.

"Don't make things difficult, young master," said Assistant Mike who looks equally unfriendly this time.

"You want what's he doing? He's not wrong, I'm wrong!!" squealing Lucas was still trying to block Assistant Mike, but when one of the father's bodyguards interfered Lucas crashed far enough.

"Miss open the door."

"Zora don't come out!! Lock the door," cried Lucas beat the voice of Mike's assistant there.

Whether Zora would hear it or not, she told him never to open the door if he was not the one who entered. A few times Assistant Mike tried, and Zora really didn't come out as Lucas ordered.

"How, Master?" ask Mike's assistant to Julian who has been silent since with an illegible face.

"Destroy .. He has to face me."

Without a second thought, the door of the room shattered in front of Lucas. Just then, Mike's assistant comes in and pulls Zora out. Seeing his woman being treated like a thief, Lucas' heart was clearly not accepted.

"Take that cheap lady into my room" Julian said, undeniably, he passed Lucas who now painstakingly broke free from the power of Julian's two bodyguards.

"Mike don't be rude to her!!"

Once again, Julian again offends Lucas with the ill-treatment he gave Lucas' precious woman. He who was helpless could only look at Zora, slowly the woman completely disappeared from his sight.

His move to solve the problem with the problem turned out to be a big mistake. True to Zora's words, Lucas is too confident that Lucas' affection will solve his problems. However, what happened was wrong because now on the basis of that affection, Julian felt betrayed by both of them.

Relations that had warmed, now deteriorated again with Julian who harbored disappointment in his son. He feels lied to and assumes Lucas's theatrics are not wearing at all.
