Mila and Jino ate the food in silence. Mila hated the most that the atmosphere was awkward like this, but when Mila was about to speak Jino already first.

Mila took a breath before saying something she had thought carefully about. "No, I can't possibly love you directly," said Mila made Jino immediately disappointed. Jino lowered her head with her livid eyes.
