Clara and Morgan were silent for a moment because Clara needed to digest everything she had just heard. While Morgan gave Clara space to calm herself first. They talked so long ago that they forgot the day had shown in the afternoon and Clara's work hours would be finished soon. Morgan is not working today, he asked his boss for a day off. When Morgan felt the atmosphere had improved a little, Morgan suddenly said something.
"Ra. don't tell Sherly about this. I beg. Sherly doesn't know that her father came to see my family and threatened me and I hope you won't hate Sherly too much for this. Because she was also forced to stay away from you because of her father's manners" Morgan asked Clara not to talk about what she heard about Sherly not knowing about what happened.
"So Sherly doesn't know what her father did ?" clara asked Morgan again.
"I'm sure he doesn't know" Morgan replied at will.
"alright. I'm not gonna ask Sherly that. Just like you. I wish Sherly would come to see me tell me why she's staying away from me, or at least apologize to me" said Clara, hoping that Sherly would come to see her.
"R. Do you still consider me your friend ?" morgan asked hesitantly considering her treatment of Clara all along which deeply hurt Clara.
"I always thought you were my friend. No matter what the circumstances" Clara replied with a smile.
"Thank you Ra. I was so relieved to hear it" Morgan said, smiling.
"Sorry I took your time today. It's six o'clock by now. I don't think time goes very fast. It feels like I've only been chatting with you here for a while" Morgan said, looking at the clock that was coiled around his left wrist at six in the afternoon.
"Father Morgan. At least what we're talking about is important" Clara replied still with a smile adorning the corner of her lips.
"Then I have to go in now. It's almost your work schedule" Clara said goodbye to Morgan because she remembers Clara is still in the orphanage.
"No need for Morgan. My future husband will pick me up later" replied Clara who suddenly made Morgan surprised to hear Clara's answer. Because Morgan didn't know Clara had a partner.
"Prospective husband ?" ask Morgan.
"Ra. Do you have a husband ? since when do you have Ra's lover ?" morgan asked again completely distrustful of what he had heard from Clara just now.
"I already have a husband. I'll introduce her to you later" Clara replied with a sweet smile.
"alright. I look forward to. Who can make my Claraku happy" said Morgan returned Clara's smile.
"Then I go home first Ra. Your cell phone number is still a long time, isn't it ? I'll call you later" Morgan asked so they could communicate with each other again as usual.
"Yes I still use the same mobile number" Clara replied.
"OKAY. Bye Clara's. See you later" Morgan and Clara go straight back to the orphanage.
Clara's job was a little disrupted today because of her encounter with Morgan, but the workers at the orphanage understood that. Because Clara told me that there was a problem that needed to be solved with her friend.
