CHAPTER 23 - Ken's heartbroken

Ken chuckled at the words Siska had spoken.

"Alright, alright. I'm not gonna say it again. Have you eaten, honey?" Ken again asked Siska by pressing the call word 'Honey'.

Siska answered him shaking. Because indeed Siska has not eaten since working in the office of Wijaya Group. He only ate breakfast with Alinda this morning before they left for college.

"Oh my goodness, why did I forget my stomach which from morning was filled with chicken porridge." Siska grumbled in her heart. He only realized that today he was ignoring his stomach. Maybe because he was excited to work on the first day so Siska did not feel hungry in the slightest.

Ken returned to his words after finding an answer from Siska if he had not eaten dinner.

"Eat first, honey. You can get sick if you ignore your irregular diet. Or what do you want me to bring? Let me go to your room right now."

"No need, Ken. I was just busy going to college and work today, so I didn't feel hungry all day. You don't have to worry about me, I'm fine. Besides, I've also been used to my condition for a long time." Siska replies reassuring Ken that he is fine despite not eating all day.

"I'm sorry, Siska." Ken muttered across the phone.

"Can you give me an answer right now, honey. I can't wait for your answer in a week." Rengek Ken features a face made by a fisherman.

Siska was silent for a while, before looking back at Ken on his phone screen.

"Ken, I'm still Beni's girlfriend. Please understand my current position, you can look for a single woman instead of expecting me." Siska looked a little sad when she said that to Ken. Actually, if I'm honest, Siska is getting comfortable with Ken. Even the 22th-year-old woman was a little doubtful about her feelings for her lover, Beni who for the past 2nd has accompanied her days.

"I told you, if I don't mind it. All I want is for you to be my woman, Siska! It doesn't matter if your status is still Beni's lover! I love you so much, Siska. Can't you feel it." Said Ken who slightly raised his voice because he felt Siska ignoring his wishes the other day.

"Ken." Siska stopped Ken's words before continuing.

"Have gone to sleep, I don't want you to be late for college and work because you're bragging with me again. Good night." Ken hung up the phone call without waiting for Siska's words.

Siska let out a long breath. He knew that Ken was angry with him. Perhaps the words Siska had spoken were a little offending to Ken. But that's the truth. For now he can not be sure whether the presence of Ken in Siska's life is only a momentary entertainer or indeed because Siska has little feelings for Ken.

Ken threw his phone on the floor. He felt unappreciated by Siska. How could the woman treat an heir CEO of Wijaya Group with disregard for her feelings. Only this time Ken experienced rejection by a woman, usually they are the ones who always pursue Ken to be his lover. Really frustrating him.

Seeing Ken's attitude, it made Siska feel guilty. Siska immediately wrote a short message to the man who always made her take off her kiss when they were not lovers.

'Ken, I'm sorry. I have no fuss about hurting or offending you, there is absolutely no intention of that. To be honest, I actually feel comfortable being with you. But I have to make sure before I misinterpret my feelings for you. It might seem absurd even silly at the landmark. We've only met for a few days, but you've wanted me to be your woman, and we've even kissed more than once. I feel like a cheap woman, Ken. I had a boyfriend, but I did it with another man. Can't you understand how I feel about all these circumstances, Ken? So, I'm sorry Ken. I promise I'll give you an answer like we did yesterday, give me a week. And I will give you the answer.'

That was the message Siska sent to Ken. But the message was just a tick mark of one.

Siska finally fell asleep with a cell phone that was still trying to contact Ken, whether how many times Siska made a call to the number of the man who was now angry with him.

While the man who feared Siska was actually at the Night Club with a Yoga assistant to relieve his anger when talking to Siska earlier.

The Flashback

Yoga, who found her Master lying on the floor with a cell phone scattered, tried to grab Ken's shoulder, sat his Master on the sofa and wiped the cell phone debris from the floor. One by one the pieces were collected by Yoga assistants. Mobile phones worth tens of millions are now worthless. Only Sim Card pieces that can still be used because they are only separated from the phone hook without being damaged or broken. Yoga keeps Sim Card Ken in his wallet, who knows his boss still needs him. While the other mobile phone debris was immediately thrown Yoga into the trash can outside Ken's apartment.

After Ken thought he was calm, Yoga began to ask what was really going on with his boss. The look on Ken's face as well as Ken's messy appearance.

"Maybe Ken's having a problem with Miss Siska." Batin Yoga looks at the condition of his Boss from top to bottom.

"What's up, Ken? Why did you destroy your phone? What's going on?" Ask Yoga.

Ken was silent without giving any words.

"Does this have anything to do with Miss Siska?" Tanya Yoga is back.

The Yoga question this time got a nod of the head from Ken as the answer.

Yoga slightly wasted his breath, Ken whom he had known as a Casanova, being cold and indifferent to women, but now Yoga sees the other side of his Boss that turns out to be a little fragile when it has really loved someone.

"Please yourself, Ken. If you act like this, Miss Siska will hate you. You're too ambitious to force Miss to be your woman." Yoga to Ken.

"Not exactly what Yoga says, I don't want Siska to hate me for this trivial thing. I need to be able to control my emotions. For the woman I love." Mumbled Ken while squinting his eyes at Yoga.

"We'd better get to the club, Ga. I want to clear my mind for a while, maybe drinking and meeting a lot of women there can cheer me up and treat a little bit of my disappointment to Siska, that woman really drives me crazy, Ga." Said Ken who then changed his clothes wearing a t-shirt paired with long jeans and blazer to support his appearance to look more handsome and charming.

Yoga prepares to follow her boss out of the apartment to the Club just as Ken wanted.
