The man's red eyes were filled with killing intent as he stared at Su Jin, hoping that he could swallow him whole. “So, after all, this is your doing, mute girl. You made my brother a human vegetable,” he shouted, pointing his stick towards Su Jin, “Come, kids! Let's go get him! Don't let him get out of here alive!”

Su Jin quickly typed his text-to-speech. "Go now. You're all. I've called polis—unless if you want to travel to the station.”

When he heard the distant siren getting closer, his face became gloomy. He glared at Su Jin and warned, “This is your lucky day, mute. Just hang. I'll come back for you. Next time I see you, it'll be an eye for an eye. ”

Su Xue watched as the gang leader left with his preacher. Frustrated, he gritted his teeth—once more, Su Jin left safely.

It was fortunate that Su Xue had it all in the — video she had recorded it secretly before, and Su Jin did not deny any claims. Now that Su Xue had proof, she would be patient when the time came.

Su Jin's expression froze the bones as he stared at the two idiots. Then he walked to his bike.

Yu Haiyang caught his provocative gaze, of course. He threw Su Xue away and chased after her. “What are you trying to say, mute? I saw you muttering. Are you cursing?

Sitting on a motorcycle, Su Jin typed the words, "I don't talk to fools."

Instantly, Yu Haiyang blew the fuse. "What did you say?"

Su Jin simply gave her a silly look. He took the time to edit the text on his phone and hit play. “Don't Su Xue say her agency forbids dating? And here you are, being on his back burner. Who's stupid now?”

Yu Haiyang tightened his jaw, spitting out his words through his mouth, "I'm not a back burner. I don't have a crush on him, and I certainly don't flip-flop on others like you.”

It shocked Su Jin, and half of his anger vanished. He asked, “If you don't have a crush on him, why are you talking for him? Why are you defending him?”

A pale expression, Su Xue nodded—she thought Yu Haiyang did all that because he liked her. It was Su Jin who saved her, but Su Xue instead claimed the compliment. Yu Haiyang wouldn't have been friends with Su Xue if it wasn't for that.

Su Jin watched the couple leave, puzzled—what made Yu Haiyang so loyal to Su Xue?

Then, the origin of the booming machine sounds approached Yu Haiyang and Su Xue. When the motorcyclist saw the cuts and bruises on his face, they started to mock him.

"Yo. If this isn't our school bully, Young Master Yu?"

“He comes from an influential family. How was he beaten like this? Is he doing this to himself because he's going out of the competition?”

“Focus, people. We're here on business today."

"Yes. We'll take it off the bike and make it feel worse than nothing but trash! Mwahaha!”

All the bikers laughed out loud. They then jumped off their bikes, whipped out their daggers and pointed the tip at Yu Haiyang. “Take this your fucking day, son. We are here on the orders of others.”

When Su Jin saw this, he heaved a sigh of relief—though it was inappropriate. What he witnessed earlier was different from his prediction, and he thought it was his brain being fried. But now, he was almost happy that his sight had succeeded.

For the next half hour, those people would beat him up, cut his tendons one by one and carve insulting words on his skin before Xi Tian came to his rescue.

Since the bikers were wearing helmets, they only showed their merciless gazes. Although Yu Haiyang did not know who they were, he still put on a brave face. “You know my family.. Are none of you afraid of the consequences? If you hurt me?”
