Finding a magical beast

He he he." Huo nan chuckled stiffly while scratching his nape.

"Lucky he only heard that last word." Huo nan muttered softly.

"Did you prefer this original form or your human form as a fire snake?" ask Huo nan.

"Actually more comfortable with human form because there will be no running in fear just by looking at me. But, like other spirit animals, my true strength is also limited when using human form. So, each form has different flaws. I simply use the form according to the situation." replied the fire snake.

After delivering Huo nan to the Beicheng kingdom, the Fire Snake immediately returned to the palace on the clouds as Ze ordered. While Ze and Jin hu chose to use a dragon horse to fly without a carriage to get to Hui's place faster which likely requires them to follow immediately.

"Where are we going now, baby?" ask Jin hu.

"I'll ask where the old man was first." Ze replied.

"Where is your old grandfather?" asked Ze telepathically as they entered the area of the Sun.

"I was at the Ouyang family residence monitoring what they were doing. Come here you will see something very strange here." replied Hui.

"We'll be there soon. Just keep monitoring and have you found where the magical beast is?" ask Ze.

"I'm still looking for a hiding place from that magical star but I still haven't found that place. But, there is one place that I suspect but I haven't had a chance to check that place" Hui replied.

"Don't be reckless, old man, you'll have to wait for us to arrive to help you investigate the place" Ze said.

"Alright, I'll just keep an eye on them until you get here" Hui said.

"How dear?" jin Hu asked after Ze stared at him.

"We're going to the Ouyang family's old residence" Ze replied.

"Then, where is the Ouyang family residence my dear?" ask Jin hu again.

"He he he, I forgot to ask Hui that" Ze replied as he bared his teeth.

"Why are you so adorable?" jin hu asked as he ruffled the tip of Ze's head in a frenzy.

"I'll ask you again" said Ze.

"Are you unable to trace Hui's whereabouts?" ask Jin hu.

"Ah, I forgot again that I could find Hui's whereabouts by tracking down the pills I gave her" Ze said.

They immediately headed in the direction Ze pointed to after he managed to find Hui's whereabouts.

"You also quickly reached this kingdom" said Hui tu.

Ze had already inserted the flying dragon horse into the dimensional stone before climbing the back wall of the residence.

"We were just the two of us so it was not using the carriage so it was very easy for the flying dragon horse to move quickly" Ze said.

"What did you find that Hui?" ask Jin hu.

"Follow me then you will get a pretty strange surprise" replied Hui then immediately jumped on the roof of a building followed by Ze and Jin hu.

Hui tu slightly shifted the roof of a building making Ze and Jin hu wait for what he wanted to show them.

"Look at what's down there" Hui said.

"How come the 2 babies and their nanny are in that room?" ask Jin hu.

"Has all the inhabitants of this residence returned intact without any loss?" ask Ze.

"Yes, they even covered up the night the Ouyang family was attacked from all the inhabitants of this kingdom and closed the gate and repaired all the buildings that had been damaged by the incident that night" Hui replied.

"This means they want to live as Ouyang family but we don't yet know what their goal is" Ze said.

"In the big building up ahead" Hui replied as he pointed towards the building they were referring to.

"Why do you suspect that place?" ask Jin hu.

"I saw them bring a little girl in there and not long before they came out to bring the little girl out in a torn body" replied Hui tu.

"The building is also heavily guarded more than anywhere else in the residence" Hui added.

"You should hold your breath until I say you can breathe again" Ze said to Jin hu and Hui.

Ze set fire to a cylindrical object the size of a black thumb and threw it down. Instantly everyone down there was unconscious when the object did not emit excessive smoke.

"Now you can breathe again" Ze said.

"What did you burn? Why don't I ever see you make it?" ask Hui.

"It was just a tranquilizing incense that made anyone within range of the thin smoke that spread widely within a short period of time from the incense fall into a deep sleep instantly" Ze replied.

"I just made it and it's the first time I've used that incense" Ze added.

"Lumayan as well" said Hui it made Ze snort dislike.

"Let's go check out the place. I don't know how long that tranquilizing incense will affect them." Ze asked.

"Come." said Jin hu and Hui at the same time.

They immediately entered the huge building and inside there they could smell a very strong fishy smell of blood.

"Roar..." They heard the sound of a huge beast blaring from inside the building.

"It looks like the magical beast this time has a large size and strength that is quite troublesome to deal with" Ze said.

They entered a room and there they saw a tiger of great size. The tiger had bright red eyes and had long fangs.

The beast charged towards Ze and Ze quickly dodged the magical beast's attack. Hui tu and Jin hu took out a sword and attacked the beast. The huge star managed to dodge the attack they could even still counterattack with its sharp claws lucky Jin hu and that Hui could still fend off the attack using their weapons.

"It's just a hassle." complained Ze.

"Use true fire when the magical beast opens its mouth. It was only the weakness of the magical beast." said the sword spirit suddenly.

"Thank you for the lead" Ze said.

"You two just step aside. Let me handle the magical beast" Ze said.

"There was no protest because I knew what to do" Ze said again and Jin Hu and Hui moved away.

Ze took out two of his favorite daggers and attacked the creature from the front. Ze's dagger incision managed to make a scratch on the face and quadriceps of the magical beast anger the magical beast.

The big star attacked Ze by banning both front legs towards Ze who was immediately held back by Ze. The beast opened its mouth wide wanting to bite Ze making Ze smile broadly.

Ze released the true flame from the ring he was wearing and with a force of energy in directing the flame towards the mouth of the magical beast.

"Roar...roar.." the agonizing voice of the beast that had rolled on the ground.

Jin hu immediately jumped towards Ze and immediately checked his state. He breathed a sigh of relief seeing no injuries to his wife's body.

Ze immediately put in a bright purple light that shot out from the body of a magical beast that had already burned through true flames. Out there without them knowing some people who have changed into a member of the Ouyang family have changed into their original form.
