Chapter 10

Rainbow is now in 3rd grade Junior High, which means he has to prepare himself for the national exam and continue to High School. He and his friends held classes every day at school. Most of them come from middle to lower families. Not having money to take lessons at the bimbel, so Rainbow and some of his friends did study together and asked permission on the school to allow them to use the classroom to study together. 

Andi would copy questions to share with his friends and Rainbow taught them how to solve them. Initially only about ten people, because their value had increased very sharply, other friends joined together. Teachers also ended up participating in the activity, so now many students are participating in the activity. They are free of charge, not forced to participate, and done with a relaxed atmosphere even sometimes they learn outside the classroom.

Rainbows so often go home in the afternoon and it makes Dusk not like. Housework that is often done by the rainbow becomes neglected.

"And there's Kak Dewun and also Lembayung, Ma'am," said Rainbow when he washed the dishes after getting home.

"You know for yourself that the Dew is busy studying as well. Lembayung .. will fall ill if the work wear," said Dusk.

"I also studied at school. Dew period can not just sweep and mop. Lembayung can also sweep the yard and water as usual," replied Rainbow because he was also tired just came home not eating, already suguhi a lot of work at home.

"That's it, if you don't want to do any more homework to help mom. Starting tomorrow there is no need to do anything, just let everything mom does. Most also later fell ill because of soy sauce and eventually died," said Dusk with a high tone.

The rainbow hurt hearing her mother's words just now. He always felt cornered by her. Not that he did not want to help, at least at the moment he was preparing for the exam, his mother understood the situation. When he finished washing the dishes, Rainbow quickly took a broom to sweep his house. However, it was stopped by Dusk.

"Save the broom, let mom do it. Not that you're tired, just go to sleep! Do not do any homework" said Dusk in a satirical tone.

The rainbow took in its heavy breath. He felt his chest was very tight.

"I'm still willing, really," replied Rainbow.

As the Rainbow had just begun to sweep, Dusk grabbed the broom and threw it towards the corner of the room. He stared at the rainbow.

"You like being a dissident kid, don't you? What do you want, anyway!" snapped Twilight and Rainbow just lowered their heads.

"So you said you were tired when I told you to help. Now when I tell you to take a break, you do the work. You're so happy to make mom angry and dizzy. It is as if you were a child who was read by your mother and treated differently from your other brothers. In fact you yourself like to make yourself feel tormented," hardik Dusk.

Rainbow does not know why his mother has been doing and saying something that seems to be insinuating him. He had no idea what he had done wrong to make his mother so.

Meanwhile, Dusk felt his heartache because the Clouds always lectured him. Her husband often said not to treat Rainbow differently from his other two brothers. Her husband always defended the rainbow in front of her. This makes Dusk even more upset at the Rainbow.

To restore the mood of learning Rainbow went to a bookstore that was a good distance from home. He had to take a public transport there. The rainbow spent until noon at the bookstore. 

When he came home, he got hit by a motorcycle. His knees and arms were injured. Fortunately the driver took him first to the puskesmas near the scene.

"Where is his home? Let me take you home" the man asked.

"No need, Brother. I can ride the angkot," the Rainbow replied rejecting the invitation of an unknown person by him.

"No. I will take you home and will apologize to both of your parents for bumping into his daughter" the young man said.

"Alright," said Rainbow finally relented.

Rainbow also told his home address to a man who claimed to be named Arya Aditama. He asked to be called Tama, because people often call him that.

Tama drove the Rainbow home and found Dusk, while the Clouds were trading. He told me about what happened to the rainbow.

"What person's name? Mom just saw you," asked Dusk.

"I'm not here, Mom. I'm a Jakarta person, here I'm doing PKL, a task from campus," Tama replied.

"Oh, thank you for bringing Rainbow home. Sorry to bother you," said Dusk.

"No, Mom. I don't feel bothered. Rainbow, if anything happens just say the same to me, yes. We can check your body later to the hospital," said Tama now his attention to the girl who had lowered her head.

"Yes, Brother. Thank you for your attention," replied Rainbow.

Meanwhile, Dew quietly peeked behind the door. He was very surprised when he saw a handsome young man coming with the rainbow. Dew that is already in puberty feels a sense of interest in Tama. You could say he fell in love at first sight at Tama.

'The rainbow knows where the man is, huh? Was it true accidentally?' The dew asked in his heart.
