Eidoshia then asked Emperor Zuko to give her a drop of blood and unite it with Mizu's blood. If Emperor Zuko's blood and Mizu's blood are united and mixed, then it is certain that Mizu is the reincarnation of Tsukiko. Of course this technique had other requirements, but only Eidoshia knew about it.

"Are you sure?" Rikuo asked half-screaming. Eidoshia simply nodded in response.

Everyone who heard Eidoshia's prediction was aghast, clearly visible on their faces shock and disbelief. Queen Katsura and Emperor Zuko are waiting expectantly that Mizu is the reincarnation of Tsukiko as if they had to throw away their hope, it was a bliss they had been waiting for to meet and reunite with loved ones.
