Episode 5's

A helicopter was waiting in the middle of the forest. Some people were using stretchers to lift up the figure of a man who was injured and unconscious.

Altezza Alaric is the full name of the man on the stretcher. Altezza Alaric is an orphan who goes from being a street kid to being a dreaded gangster boss. However, he is like a ghost that is rarely seen by others. He was called Al. And he has other identities besides being a gangster. It depends on what profession he wants to disguise himself into.

Coming from street children, war slaves to become the leader of gangsters who are feared by people. No one knows his daily activities in the full schedule even his own men and accomplices.

They lifted Al's body onto a stretcher and made their way to the helicopter that was waiting for them in the barren field of the wild forest. They took Al out of the woods.

A few hours away in the air they arrived on top of a luxurious building that had a helipad. A helipad is a helicopter. On top of the building there was already someone waiting for their arrival with a patient trolling bed.

"What happened to the boss?" ask a doctor.

"Save him first, I'll tell you later." Answer the man who took Altezza from the helicopter.

"Good." They pushed the patient's bed into the hospital room. The doctor named Sam, as well as Al's friend was checking the situation Altezza.

Sam undid all of Altezza's clothes alone and ordered the others out of the room. Sam examined the wounds on the Altezza. But there were no severe injuries other than the wounds that were on his stomach.

"A neat stitch? who sewed it?" ask Sam who checked the stitches on Altezza's stomach.

"I'll ask them after I clean up Al." Answer Sam who finished checking Sam's wound. Sam pairs the infusion to Al to give her energy. And cleans Altezza's body. And put on her clothes.

"Based on this wild man, I don't know what he's doing out there and always come to this hospital in these circumstances." Answer Sam who finished taking care of Altezza. Sam came out of the room and ordered 2 bodyguards to guard the door of Al's room.

"You take care of the boss. And you're coming with me, Joy." Answer Sam.

Joy is Al's personal bodyguard as well as driver and secretary. They both went into Sam's room.

"Tell me what happened this time?" ask Sam.

"I don't know either, the boss said he wanted to take a vacation on the island. And took me with 3 others. However, after that night of the campfire we all fell asleep. The boss went somewhere. When we found him he was already like this." Answer Sam.

"So since when did you learn to sew wounds?" ask Sam.

"Sut wound?" ask Joy who doesn't understand.

"Yes. There are no serious wounds on Al's condition except for a wound on the stomach ya." Answer Sam.

"Oh, maybe it was that woman." Answer Joy.

"Woman?" sam asked surprised.

"Wait, you mean there's a woman in the woods?" ask Sam.

"Yes. And when we arrived he just told us to take the boss to the hospital immediately because he had lost so much blood that he was unconscious." Answer Joy.

"Is he a hidden enemy who is pretending to be good?" ask Sam.

"Looks not. Because if he had bad intentions to the boss why not kill him quickly before we find him. And after he said that, he just left us without saying anything else." Answer Joy.

"Alright, I'll make sure it's back when Al's awake." Answer Sam.

"Good Sam." Answer Joy.

"Go, I want to be alone. " Answer Sam.

"okay."Joy left Sam's room.

"Sounds this woman very attractive? Why would he be in the middle of such a wild forest? Why did she save Al? Is that woman also a doctor like me because the wound stitches given by her are very neat and clean. And his identity." Sam answered in his heart.

Al who had just regained consciousness opened his eyes and looked around.

"Why are you in that forest?" ask Sam.

"a09 is a traitor." Answer Al

"Why can you get hurt if you just face him?" ask Sam

"Who is that woman?" ask Al.
