25. Family Events

Alina and Zayn officially became lovers, They are very happy. To celebrate their happiness, they decide to go on a date at a fancy restaurant.

Alina accepted it, but she immediately felt unwell and remembered Ivan.

"Wait, I think I forgot something." Alina remembers what was forgotten

"What's? Did your bag miss?" Ask Zayn

"No, it's not that." Alina misty the mind in her murmur in the heart

"Alina what's forgotten? Your slippers? But you've been wearing sandals. Even the slippers you wear are high enough to beat Burj Khalifa." Said Zayn who was still joking to make Alina who was remembering, chuckling with a small laugh.

"Haha... Zayn you can still joke.I'm serious right now!" Alina answered convincingly

"I'm serious about Alina too." Zayn said with a laugh

"Sup to you. I certainly remember what I forgot. Zayn, looks like we don't need to celebrate our date at a fancy restaurant."

"Why indeed? are you busy?"

"No, it's not that. I forget that tonight, my family, my father and my mother celebrate my return to Indonesia, they prepare a banquet attended by my family alone."

"Then, what are you gonna do?"

"So, what if you attend this show." Alina's proposal to Zayn

"How possible. This is your event, and only attended by your family. Your mother's family and father would have objected to my presence there later, surely there I would have much trouble for you"

"You didn't bother me at all, Zayn, I invited you myself." Alina said with a smile

Then Zayn took the phone out of his pocket. And it's clear he got a call from Mr. Hendro.

"Your father's phone." Zayn told Alina

"Let's say Zayn, who knows you'd like to have an important conversation with you." Answer Alina

Zayn answered a call from Hendro.

In Telephone~

"Hello, uncle." Prefixed

"Hello, Zayn. Sorry uncle called you at this hour. Are you busy, son?"

"No Uncle. I'll be home soon."

"Is Alina with you?" Ask Mr. Hendro

"Yes uncle, Alina is currently with me." Answer Zayn

"Good uncle, I'll tell him."

"And one more son. Uncle wants to invite you to attend the dinner for Alina's Return to Indonesia, Uncle hopes you can Attend. Your mom and dad are here anyway."

"My mom and dad were there?" Zayn asked because he did not expect

"Yes, because the uncle invited them. So uncle really wished you could attend."

"Well uncle, if my father and mother were there. I'll come."

"Alright, Uncle is happy to hear that. Uncle wait for your presence with Alina."

"Good Uncle. Thank you." Thank you."

The phone call ended.

"What's wrong? What my father told you." Alina asked Zayn after Zayn finished calling

"none. Your father only asked you to come home quickly because all your family had gathered." Answer Zayn

"Then, what I heard. Your mom and dad were there?"

"Yes, your father invited my parents to a banquet for you. As well as asking me to attend this event."

"really?? My father invited you to attend this event?" Pleased Alina

"Yes, why are you so happy?"

"Of course I'm happy. Because for this event to welcome me, my own lover came to attend."

"But you misheard Alina. I'm not attending this event, I have a lot of work to do at home."

"All right, let's get in my car. We're going to go together, I can't possibly let you drive alone nights like this." Zayn

"Then, what about my car?" Ask Alina

"You take it easy, I'll ask my man to take your car to your house."

Zayn and Alina drive Zayn's car to Alina's house, where a banquet is held over Alina's return to Indonesia.
