A Day Without Nanami
It was getting dark, the sun was turning orange and the moon was getting ready to take its place. Ryuuga and Naoki were walking leisurely in the corridor of the school, they were just about to go home. Then, Arata emerges from the junior class and joins them to head for the parking lot.
"Ne, Ryuu."
"Eh."
"I'd love to ask you this. I haven't updated news about you in a long time."
"Don't tell me you want to ask about her love life?" guess Arata while looking at Naoki who was giving his wide grin.
"You're right! Yes, Ryuu. Now who really holds the status of your lover?" ask Naoki
"Ah, I'm also curious." muttered Arata. At first Ryuuga was just silent, then he became uncomfortable after getting strange gazes from his two friends who were on the right and left.
"Aiko."
"You mean.. Mizuhara Aiko from 10th grade??!" asked Arata not to believe
"Eh."
"Well, I can't believe that Ryuuga wants to date the underclassmen as well" Arata said in a slightly mocking tone
"How long has it been?" ask Naoki curiously
"Three months."
"What??!!" Naoki and Arata are both surprised to hear Ryuuga's answer. Yeah, of course you are. Ryuuga is easily bored so dating will only last one week or even at most only one month. Hearing the unexpected answer from Ryuuga certainly makes them think hard what is wrong with Ryuuga? What does the girl have that makes Ryuuga able to survive long with her?
"N-ne Ryuuga, what about Emi-senpai?" asked Arata while gulping, somehow this began to feel horror and serious.
"I've decided it on festival night."
"Nani??!!!" Naoki gaping widely, he even did not remember the name Emi in the list of Ryuuga's girlfriend. "Ryuu—"
"Stop asking or I'll chop off the heads of the two of you." threatened Ryuuga who had sharpened his eagle gaze on his two friends. He stopped walking and gave Naoki a death glare. "Why are you so interested in my life? Just take care of your own business!" the two of them were silent, Ryuuga sighed then walked away leaving his two friends who were still silently staring.
"Ma-majikayo?!" Naoki stared at the departure of his best friend with a look of disbelief. "Cong, Arata. Aren't you curious about that Aiko too? What has he done until Ryuuga is at home with him?"
"Here you go, don't get too involved. If he found out, he would definitely go berserk right away. Are you not aware? I don't think his mood is good."
"Huh? Can you tell the difference? Isn't Ryuuga like that every day? I don't even know what it's like to talk when Ryuuga's in a good mood."
"Are you the enemy or what? It's been. Let's go home."
"Yes, yes."

"Okaerinasai, Namikaze-sama." Sienna opened the door as she was in the main living room.
"Hn. My nii-san has gone home?"
"I'm sorry, Namikaze-sama. I don't know because I'm just downstairs." replied Sienna as she lowered her head in a sign of respect
"Hn" Ryuuga went straight into the mansion and Sienna closed the door again and followed behind Ryuuga.
"Sorry, Namikaze-sama," call Sienna
"Hn?"
"What do you want me to do for dinner? Sorry, I am still new and have to replace Nanami-san's duties for a while." Ryuuga raised next to his eyebrows, a prickly idea appeared on his genius head. He grinned and then turned to look at the girl.
"Yes, you just cook what's there. I'll try it later. Since Nanami ba-san is not there, so I have to check your food." Ryuuga replied then he walked back to his room, leaving Sienna still in place. After making sure Ryuuga was really gone, Sienna bellowed in annoyance. "Huh, what the fuck is this? He spoke as if I was going to poison him." Sienna put on a pouting face. After he woke up, he immediately ran small towards the kitchen. 'What should I cook?' sienna asked in her heart, after she tried to remember, Nanami also did not cook something very classy but ordinary cuisine but it tasted really good. Arriving at the kitchen, Sienna opened the refrigerator and was slightly flabbergasted 'Is this a mini market?' Sienna even silently stared at the contents of the refrigerator that felt so complete, not to mention the refrigerator there numbered 3 pieces whose contents were different. The lives of the rich are very different. 'Let's think of something simple but has a good taste,' Sienna held her chin while observing all the contents of the large refrigerator. Sienna simply resigned herself and followed her own body movements. He started to pick up some vegetables and some chicken. His hands shrewdly began to concoct all the seasonings, cut the vegetables neatly, and slice the meat with small pieces. Fortunately Sienna has been accustomed to cooking since her mother was sick when she was 14 years old, enough age to start doing all the housework alone. Sienna continued her cooking show and had finally finished one menu. But, all of a sudden Ryuuga was already on the desk while sitting propping up his chin at the dining table, the young man looked at him in silence without forgetting his flat face. Actually, Sienna was about to taste her a little to make sure that the cuisine was worth consuming or not but the master was already there and waiting. Sienna gulped then walked slowly towards the dining table. "S-please enjoy, Namikaze-sama. What do you want to drink? I'll take it." said Sienna with a sweet smile but Ryuuga remained silent giving no answer without letting go of her gaze to Sienna. "A-ano, Namikaze-sama?"
"Hn, just get some cold water." Ryuuga replied and now his gaze turned to the food that had been served by Sienna, the aroma of cooking that was quite similar to Nanami's cuisine. He glanced at Sienna who had already walked away from the table to fetch him some drinking water. Ryuuga took a spoon and ate a mouthful and was a little surprised. Sienna who saw his expression immediately ran to hand over the drinking water to his master. Panicked face began to be printed clearly on his face while Ryuuga immediately drank the cold water until half a glass was left. "Can you cook?" Sienna bit her lower lip and then looked down deeply. Sienna bowed respectfully and apologized to the young man greatly. "It's less salty." Ryuuga commented, Sienna was shocked.
"Then I'll cook you something else. I'm sorry, Namikaze-sama." Sienna immediately returned to the refrigerator and cooked something else that he had mastered despite the look and feel of the ordinary. He did not realize Ryuuga's sneer that had appeared. Ryuuga observed the little shoulder that was busy cooking something in a hasty motion and subconsciously he smiled seeing the action of pranking the girl who was running smoothly. Not long after, Sienna's cooking was ready and placed in front of Ryuuga. "Douzo, Namikaze-sama." Sienna thrust out a plate filled with her cooking. Ryuuga immediately stuffed a spoonful into his mouth. Feels same. "Do you think I'm a child? It's too sweet." Ryuuga said with a sharp look. Sienna widened her eyes in disbelief, Sienna felt even more guilty and did not know what to cook. He apologized again but Ryuuga got up from his seat first. "That's it. I want to sleep." Ryuuga stepped away with a flat face which was interpreted as an expression of anger by Sienna. He clenched both of his palms. 'Why would I make a mistake like this? I starve her.' Inner Sienna sadly. He was so disappointed in himself. Still thinking about his mistake, Sienna was unaware of Reiji's presence.
"Accept, Sienna-san." greeted Reiji with a friendly smile but Sienna did not budge, "Huh?" Reiji raised next to his brow confused while tilting his head. He noticed the grim face of Sienna standing while looking at the two dishes neatly arranged on the dining table. Reiji decided to come closer and pulled out one of the chairs and sat there. Sienna jumped in shock when she heard the sound of the chair especially when she saw Reiji who was staring at her without removing his smile. "Re.. Iji-sama.." Sienna's mouth opened then she hurriedly bowed "O-okaerinasai, Reiji-sama."
"I've been here since, why are you quiet?" ask Reiji
"I-iie, I just..." Sienna averted her gaze but the strangeness could not be hidden from Reiji. Reiji chuckled softly and asked Sienna to come sit down with him.
"Is it because of Ryuuga's attitude?" reiji asked in a soft tone, Sienna was surprised that Reiji's real answer was almost correct.
"B-no, I just... I'm sorry, Reiji-sama. I can't replace Nanami-san's job, I can't cook properly. I'm sorry, you can—"
"The smell is so delicious, what's the problem? I forgot, I haven't eaten since lunch. Can I eat?" reiji asked who had picked up the spoon and was about to take it but Sienna prevented it by holding Reiji's wrist.
"Oh? Doushite?" asked Reiji who was still looking at Sienna in disbelief then returned smiling "Believe yourself, Sienna-san. Why are you so scared? I will not die just from eating bad food loh~" Reiji said as he released Sienna's hand. Reiji continued his movement which had stopped and then fed a spoonful of food into his mouth. Sienna's heart thumped, he was extremely worried and anxious as he waited for Reiji to finish swallowing the food inside his mouth. Feeling himself unable to accept the response Reiji was about to give, Sienna chose to bow down. "Ne, Sienna-san.." call Reiji in a serious tone.
"H-hi' Reiji-sama?" Sienna hesitantly began to look at Reiji, Reiji's serious face already proving how real the taste of his cooking was.
"Haha this is delicious, even this cuisine is almost similar to the cuisine of Nanami ba-san." continued Reiji with a happy smile. After saying so, Reiji went back to eating Sienna cuisine and did not look to lie. Sienna silently stared. "After all, why are you so moody? This cuisine of yours doesn't fail."
"What.. Not too salty or too sweet?" sienna asked him to convince himself
"No, everything is good. Just try it yourself, you want to make sure that I'm not lying, right? Come on, eat with me." take Reiji with you while thrusting a spoon at Sienna
"That's okay, Reiji-sama. Sa-I've eaten, please you sele— ah!" sienna could not finish his words, Reiji immediately pulled Sienna's hand until Sienna lost her balance and fell towards Reiji. Their faces were so close that even Sienna could feel Reiji's breath hitting his skin. A calming aroma poured out from the man's body. For some reason, Sienna's heart was pounding again. Sienna looked at Reiji who was smiling at her. "A, gomen. I seem to be pulling you too hard, but it's better that you eat too." said Reiji who sounded like there was a slight threat inside. Sienna painstakingly swallowed his saliva then nodded and received the spoon from Reiji. "That's so dong. You are indeed a good girl," Reiji let go of Sienna's hand and after that gently patted Sienna's head, making Sienna misbehave. "H-hi'..." Sienna just looked down. After Reiji again gave the order, Sienna also ate her own food and was shocked. Reiji's right. The cuisine is not too salty or too sweet, according to him all the taste of the cuisine is fitting. A few minutes later he realized that Ryuuga had pranked him by making false comments about his cooking. Sienna held onto the spoon trembling, if only she could break the spoon easily, perhaps the spoon she was holding right now was already broken. 'Ano kusso Ryuuga!!!!' sienna shouted inwardly. He was really upset with Ryuuga. Reiji silently watched the dumbstruck Sienna as he stared at the food and smiled again. "Sienna-san, thank you for the food. I'm already full." said Reiji as he got out of the chair.
"Ah i-iya Reiji-sama." replied Sienna with a clumsy smile.
"Oh yeah, tonight at 8 can you get me some warm water? I want to rest first." asked Reiji
"Eh? Hi' wakatta desu."
"Then I go back to the room first." Reiji waved his hand then immediately walked away from the kitchen. Sienna just looked at him with a look of admiration, Reiji was truly dazzling in terms different to Ryuuga. Reiji was very dignified, his handsome face was always adorned with a friendly smile, his long legs really made him like a model. Not to mention, Reiji was also a smart and determined person. Sienna admired him. But after regaining consciousness, Sienna began to bring up her fierce face and had already appeared the crossroad elbow on her forehead. "That Ryuuga really fucked me! If I keep quiet, it seems like he's going to be more and more." Sienna finally got up from the chair and went back to the kitchen to make the cupcake that she usually tried to make in Izumi's caffe.
The day was getting darker, Sienna just finished her cupcake and decorated it with quite interesting. Sienna rubbed her forehead and left a long trace of blue-colored cream on her forehead. Sienna smiled at the satisfactory results of his creation. "Huft, it's finally over!! I tried it and it tasted good." said Sienna satisfied. He immediately carried the cupcake in a tray along with the warm white water requested by Reiji, Sienna deliberately brought more to give to Ryuuga as well even though the boy did not ask for it.
Tok tok tok tok tok tok
"Summimasen Reiji-sama.." Sienna knocked on Reiji's room door. He patiently waited for the door to open, yesterday he opened the door but now his hands are full of trays so he can only wait. Two minutes later, Reiji opened the door of his room and was surprised to see Sienna already standing at his door.
"S-Sienna-san?! Since when are you here?" reiji asked with his mouth slightly open, Sienna just smiled then raised the tray he was holding.
"I've brought it, Reiji-sama."
"Huh.. Since when are you here?"
"Ehm just now, Reiji-sama."
"Souka's? Please enter. I'm sorry, I didn't hear you knocking on the door because I just finished taking a shower" Reiji told Sienna to enter his room. Sienna stepped in and placed a tray of cupcakes and warm water on Reiji's desk.
"A-ano, I'm trying to make a cupcake. W-if you are pleased, please enjoy, Reiji-sama." said Sienna timidly, a tinge of red appearing on both of her white cheeks. He looked embarrassed. Reiji chuckled softly, he walked up to Sienna and patted her head gently and sat down in his chair, sitting up while propping up his chin. "Kawaii ne~" praised Reiji who increasingly made Sienna blush in embarrassment. Reiji picked up a cupcake that was still warm and smelled it. "This.. You made it yourself?" ask Reiji who directly ate the cupcake. "Oishi desu ne.."
"H-hontou desu ka? Arigatou gozaimasu, Reiji-sama." Sienna smiled as she found out that her cupcake had not failed. Actually that's not what Sienna is worried about, he's more worried if it doesn't feel right for this family.
"Sienna - san, arigatou ne. Oh right, there's something I want to ask you, can you?" reiji asked, Sienna frowned then nodded. "You're really a mixed descendant?" Reiji looked at Sienna with a smile of his beautiful eyes.
"Hai' Reiji-sama. My father is from England and my mother is Japanese. I grew up in Japan." replied Sienna with her sweet smile
"Souka.. But you don't really have a Japanese face. Does your father often speak English with you?" ask Reiji
"Ano, my father used Japanese more often even though his foreign dialect was not lost. I couldn't study any longer because my father had died a long time ago." replied Sienna still with the same smile, Reiji gasped in shock upon hearing Sienna's story. He regretted asking about the girl's personal life.
"Pardon me, I don't know.."
"Iie daijoubu desu, Reiji-sama.." replied Sienna, "Ano, can I go? I will deliver this to Namikaze-sama as well." Sienna said and Reiji frowned confusedly.
"Mazonamize? Why are you calling Ryuuga so formally?" reiji asked confused
"Sore wa's.. I can't get along with her like I did with Reiji-sama. I guess, she still disliked me a little.." Sienna replied as if before Reiji asked again, Sienna immediately said "I'm sorry, Reiji-sama. Namikaze-sama hasn't eaten yet, so maybe now she should fill her stomach immediately." Sienna picked up the tray after putting warm water and two cupcakes on Reiji's table. "Oyasuminasai, Reiji-sama. Excuse me." Sienna smiled and then moved from where she stood.
Tok tok tok tok tok tok
"Summimasen, Namikaze-sama."
"Hn" he said from the inside but he did not open the door for Sienna. With quite a difficult effort, Sienna opened the door leaf with a look of annoyance. He looked at Ryuuga who was busy lying on his bed while staring at the screen of his cellphone. I don't know what he's doing.
"Namikaze-sama, you haven't eaten since school. I've made you a cupcake." Sienna bowed a little and put down a tray of warm milk and three cupcakes. Ryuuga raised next to his eyebrows 'Be careful once he..' Ryuuga asked in his heart. The aroma of cupcake began to seep into his nose and finally Ryuuga realized if he had ever smelled this scent in the cafe which he often visited with Naoki. "Please enjoy." Sienna. Ryuuga immediately put his phone next to him and took a cupcake and ate it, he was surprised if it tasted the same. Ryuuga slightly raised his head and looked at Sienna face strangely. "Doushite Namikaze-sama?" Sienna asked who was aware of the strange gaze from Ryuuga.
"Are you the one who made this cupcake in the caffe?" Ryuuga asked and Sienna nodded her head asking Ryuuga. "Can you make me like this every day?"
"Can, Namikaze-sama. But.."
"Hn?"
"I'm sorry to me, you little boy." Sienna lowered her tone but placed emphasis on each word and managed to make Ryuuga surprised by Sienna's remark.
"Hn, I'm not wrong anything."
"Oh yeah? You fucked me. I thought my cooking wasn't worth eating, but it turns out you wanted to make me guilty. You little rancid." Said Sienna with annoyance that had reached the crown. Ryuuga lowered his head to put the cupcake back on the table. Sienna frowned then the next second she felt a little regretful of having said that to her own master. Ryuuga got up from his seat and stood right before Sienna made him have to look up so that he could see Ryuuga's face step forward step by step as well as Sienna's step, he kept retreating to keep his distance until he felt the wall start to become his obstacle to retreat. "W-what are you doing?" Asked Sienna Yang who had started to get scared but Ryuuga still stepped up until finally the distance between them was only 15 cm. Ryuuga locked Sienna's movements with his hand on Sienna's left right. Ryuuga looked at him with a serious look of his own making Sienna have trouble swallowing her saliva.
"Then what do you want me to do?" ryuuga asked with a serious tone
"I-I told you, right? You fucked me you should've apologized to me."
"So, what kind of apologies do you want?"
"You just have to say 'sorry' that's enough. Stay away from me." Ryuuga was getting closer and inevitably Sienna had to hold Ryuuga's shoulder so as not to get closer again and not to let the distance between them disappear. Ryuuga brought his face closer to Sienna to surprise the girl and closed his eyes. Sienna could feel the roar of Ryuuga's breath, a masculine scent bursting into Sienna's nasal cavity. "M-remove." Sienna tries to push Ryuuga's body but fails. "What do you want?!" challenge Sienna, he now no longer felt daunted even though Ryuuga was currently pinning him on the wall. Ryuuga was stunned by the girl's courage, for some reason there was something in his heart. He grinned slightly and then further removed the distance, Ryuuga put his lips closer to Sienna's reddened ear "Baka onna. Don't be too naive if you don't want to be fooled." he whispered and went back to his bed and acted as if there was nothing and it irritated Sienna. 'Switch demon!' sienna in his heart. He looked at Ryuuga with a frown and then exhaled a deep breath to endure his already heightened sense of regret. Sienna walked out of Ryuuga's room, she looked back and coincided with Ryuuga looking at her. "Ryuuga's mother!" sienna sneered while puffing her cheeks and immediately closed the door. Sienna did not get to see Ryuuga's thin lips that were smiling.
