Dipta gives a punch to Eltan's face. Eltan fell down, feeling a sudden attack. He had no intention of fighting back because this was indeed his fault, it was only natural that Dipta as the older sister of the girl who was desecrated was angry. Eltan looked at Kayla, whom she was worried about turned out to be right. There was a consequence of the incident that night, making her obligated to take responsibility and Kayla inevitably had to accept herself.

Kayla could only look down, her eyes puffy and her fingers squeezing the tip of her pyjamas top. 

"Eltan, explain!" Agha's Order. 

Finally Eltan explained his confession. Meera moved from her seat 

"Laksmi, you mean this is Kayla's fault ? You yourself know Eltan is not a sibling with Kayla why you let her stay at home" Meera said.

"Because Eltan my son is natural that I want to stay with him."

Meera wanted to answer Laksmi's speech but Kevin went up to her and stroked her back, "Have, in a moment, scheduled a doctor's visit. We don't make a fuss here."

Kayla did not expect Mami Laksmi to be able to say that. From the language she spoke, Kayla felt that Laksmi blamed her, all would not happen if she did not enter Eltan's room. Though that night Kayla forced to follow Eltan worried about Eltan's condition. 

Everyone came out of Kayla's nursery, when a doctor and one of the nurses were present to check on Kayla's condition. There was chatter that Agha and Laksmi were going home, Eltan was asked to come to Agha's house.

Kayla opened her eyes, faintly heard talk that led more to the Dipta debate over a phone call. Yeah, Dipta's arguing who knows who's on her phone. After visiting doctor Kayla put herself down and fell asleep. 

"Are you awake, baby?" meera asked just came out of the bathroom.

"Yes Bun."

"Mother and Dipta to the cafeteria first huh, you're okay left alone?"

"Nothing bun, I'm a child who's afraid of being left behind"

"For your mother you are still your little daughter" Meera joked.

After the departure of her mother Kayla was pensive to think about her pregnancy. Kayla is not worried about the responsibility of the baby's father, as Eltan is ready to marry him. But Kayla is worried about Mami Laksmi, her statement has caused personal conflict, it is certain that her relationship with Mami Laksmi will not run harmoniously as before. 

Kayla left the hospital bed she was in, thinking of a plan she might make. Hopefully the plan he thinks can be a temporary solution related to his business with Eltan.

 Kayla's body was suddenly thrown and felt floating. "Dad, Mother," he said softly before his body slammed back into the ground precisely the paved road and then unconscious. Kayla was hit by one of the four-wheeled vehicles due to her negligence while walking. The people around the incident ran over to Kayla's body which looked alarming.  

Dipta and Mother Meera had just returned from the cafeteria, they were surprised not to see Kayla in her room. 

"Kay" said the mother, opening the toilet door but did not find her there.

"Maybe Kayla came out Bun, bete times inside continue."

"Let's find it," take Mother.

Meera asks Kayla whereabouts to the nurse she met outside, but does not get any meaningful information. The hospital park where the patient's family just unwind not far from the VIP treatment room and VVIP also did not see Kayla there.

Dipta and Meera walked down the hospital hallway while continuing to find Kayla to get to the lobby. Looks a little crowded until there is chaos right in front of the hospital. "It looks like there's been an accident victim." Meera invites Dipta to look for other areas, but Dipta is curious about the victims of the accident, because witnesses heard the incident said that the victim was female.

Dipta walks quickly towards the IGD hospital, Meera chases behind him. 

"Sorry, I can't go in" one of the nurses told Dipta as she entered the IGD. 

"I want to see the accident victim just now" said Dipta.

"Is anyone ready?" Ask nurse.

"I just want to make sure" he answered, forcing his way through the nurse who was blocking him.

The doctor and two nurses were in a hurry to take action on the victim of the accident in one of the patient's gurneys. Some of his clothes had been exposed to blood, some parts were visible wounds with unconsciousness. Dipta recognized the victim's pajamas, getting closer to see the patient's face.

"Kayla," he shouted closer to the gurney.

"Mas do not disturb the action, I wait outside," said the nurse who had blocked him from entering while pulling Dipta.

"She's my sister's nurse," cried Dipta with eyes beginning to glaze over.

"Let the doctor handle it, the patient's family can wait outside."

"Created, how? Is Kayla inside?" ask Mother Meera.

"Bun, the victim of the accident was Kayla," replied Dipta with a look full of anxiety.

"Kaylaaa," cried Meera, her tears breaking. His body was empty and sitting on the floor. She did not expect that her daughter would experience this. The shadow Kayla had the worst possible event in her mind making her even more hysterical. Dipta takes Meera to sit on the waiting chair, then calls Agha and Kevin tells her about Kayla's condition.

Three hours have passed, the family has approved the action taken by the Hospital on Kayla. They're in front of the operating room. Meera cries on Kevin's chest, Kevin's left hand continues to stroke Meera's back giving her calm. Agha sat side by side with Dipta waiting with a worried look on his face. Eltan also looked down with her face, her hands squeezing each other. Anxious waiting for the action taken by the doctor with a heart full of regret because it feels what happened to Kayla due to her mistakes.

Finally the door of the operating room opened, a doctor came out.

"Kayla's patient's family?" said the doctor. 

"Yes, doc" answered Agha, approaching the doctor, followed by the others. 

"Actions have been taken, the patient's condition is stable just waiting for him to regain consciousness. Families can meet when they are transferred to the treatment room. One of his ribs cracked probably due to the impact, the internal bleeding has already been stopped. For right ankle injuries and rather severe cracks, we continue to make observations for the possibility of mounting a pen on the bone. As for the patient's pregnancy, we apologize for having to convey that the patient had a miscarriage" said the doctor.

After the explanation Doctor Meera cried in Kevin's arms. Created sitting with her head down, Agha massaged her temple as if feeling pain in her head. Eltan felt herself empty and her chest tightened with tears. Guilt enveloped his heart, wanting to immediately hug Kayla and say "I'm sorry Kayla. Everything will be fine, I will always be there for you".
