Chapter 2// Discussion Before Bed

"Van, let's go down. It's time for dinner" Gustaf said, slowly pulling Vanly's hand.
After arriving at the dinner table, Gustaf pulled out a chair for Vanly, and brought some rice for Vanly. But Vanly just remained silent. Until finally Gustaf offered a mouthful of rice to Vanly.
"You have to eat" Gustaf said.
"I'm not hungry" Vanly replied, looking away.
But Gustaf forced Vanly to keep eating a mouthful of rice in his hand. Gustaf was afraid that Vanly not eating would have an effect on his health. Finally Vanly ate with her voraciously after being bribed by her husband. After the two of them were full Gustaf invited Vanly back to the room to rest.

"Then, when Bams and Rida got married, they were very young. Bams was 20 years old, and Rida was 17 at the time" Gustaf ended his statement with a smile.
"Did Papa love Mom that much?" ask Vanly with enthusiasm.
"Yes! Bams loves Rida very much. Even I would imitate Bams in channeling his love to his wife" Gustaf replied as he pulled Vanly's hand up to the bed.
Vanly was silent. He doesn't know his feelings at the moment. He also did not know how Gustaf felt about him. All he had in mind right now was that he just wanted to balance Gustaf's thoughts that were much older than him. He is 18 years old and Gustaf is 38. Gustaf's face did not look like a 38-year-old man. Gustaf looks very handsome because he is very diligent in exercising, his chest field, muscles in his hands look big, even his face looks like a 25-year-old.

"Sleep Van, it's late. take good care of your health" Gustaf said by stroking Vanly's head.
Vanly was just speechless at the attitude of his papa friend. He was comfortable with Gustaf's treatment.
"Of..." Said Vanly in a soft voice.
"I'm sorry, I'm confused about what to call you" Vanly said, lowering his head.
Gustaf immediately raised Vanly's chin slowly "I'm your husband Van, if you don't mind calling me 'mas'. If you mind please call me as you please" Gustaf said.
The atmosphere in the room was silent. Gustaf broke the silence.
"Van, what were you talking about?" Gustaf asked breaking the silence.
"emm.. will you accompany me to sleep here?" Vanly asked, at once he immediately confirmed his words "eh I mean mas"
Gustaf smiled "do you mind if I sleep here with you? if you'd mind I'd sleep in the next room"
Vanly felt guilty asking that question. She should have realized that Gustaf was her legal husband. He shouldn't have asked that unimportant question.
"I'm sorry, I didn't mean to kick you out. I just haven't gotten used to it. Stay here with me" Vanly said softly.
"Alright, lie down and go to sleep. It's already night" Gustaf said

Vanly was surprised to get a kiss on his forehead. Gustaf calmed him down, as if nothing had happened.
