After marriage, Hendra decided to rent his house and move to Permata house, of course Kania also joined Hendra to live in that house.

It should be a wife who lives in her husband's house but Hendra does not want Permata to feel uncomfortable living in his simple house especially Hendra knows the background of the Gem which is indeed from a rich family.
