Marrying my Sister
Chapter 5 - Marrying My Sister

“Bayu, Auntie needs your answer. Where's Reigha now?” mama Dhiya asked with a serious look.

“Tante, Reigha is now in the hospital. Reigha accident,” replied Bayu with full doubt.

“Why did you just say, Bay!” mama Dhiya.

“Udah, now you take Aunt to the hospital. Aunty wants to see Reigha,” continued Mama Dhiya.

“Okay, Aunt.”

Bayu drove to a different hospital this time, because he brought Mama Dhiya.

Along the way, Mama Dhiya seemed to unceasingly nag Bayu. Of course Mama Dhiya did not accept as if Bayu hid the situation of his son. In fact, this is the best thing. Mama Dhiya will definitely find out and complicate the atmosphere if you know the state of Reigha.

Until now, Bayu has just parked the car. Mama Dhiya was constantly impatient to see Reigha.

“Quick, Bayu. You are!” mama Dhiya's growl made Bayu confused.

“Tante, come with Bayu,” invite Bayu to Mama Dhiya. Mama Dhiya followed Bayu with a tangled look on her face.

Arriving in Reigha's room, Mama Dhiya immediately checked from head to toe. Really, now Mama Dhiya is very and more disappointed in Bayu.

“You see, Bayu. Reigha was helpless. Well, then what do you want? Are you satisfied you didn't tell aunt?” mama Dhiya was upset.

“Tante want, you find out who caused this accident. Aunty does not want to know, anyway must be found,” continued Mama Dhiya.

Bayu nodded. Walk out of the room to the parking lot. Bayu takes the laptop and returns to Reigha's ward.

“Tante, the accident proof that aunt wants to see, is here. Before aunt orders, Bayu already find out first,” said Bayu made Mama Dhiya hurry to take over Bayu's laptop.

Reigha and Bayu only watched Mama Dhiya who was sitting on the sofa while looking at the laptop with a serious look.

“This, Bayu. Find this father. Because, he did not see that Reigha's car was driving, he just seemed to cross it. Find out and bring it in front of auntie, now if you can.” Mama Dhiya stared furiously at the father of the fried rice seller who was clearly crossing with his cart.

“Tante, but the gaffer is not wrong,” bela Bayu.

“Where do you know? Don't just defend. Proof is in place, Bayu!” mama Dhiya.

“Quick. You brought that man here, Bayu!” continued Mama Dhiya who was embraced by Bayu.

Bayu rushed to the parking lot. However, Bayu is suddenly intercepted by Sister Shafa.

“Emm ... Mr Bayu!” call sister Shafa.

Bayu turned his head while asking, “Ya, Sus. Anything to say?”

“Sorry, I heard a commotion in Mr. Reigha's room. And, I had heard mothers who might be angry in the room, calling the father of the fried rice seller who made Mr. Reigha an accident, yes, sir,” said Sister Shafa with a lowered head.

“Emm .. actually, that father is Mr. Reynand, my father. If you hold me accountable, then to me, sir. Please, don't get my Dad in trouble, because my Dad still has a dependant to pay for my sister's school, sir,” Sister Shafa said in a voice that began to shake.

“Pak, I honestly asked my Dad. At that time, my father was watching the streets, and it was deserted. But, my father also does not know how an accident can happen so quickly,” replied Sister Shafa.

“But, sorry. Aunt Dhiya just wants to see Mr. Reynand. Can you please call him, Sus?” reply Bayu who got the nod by Sister Shafa.

Sister Shafa reached into her pocket to pick up her cell phone, and called her father to go to the hospital immediately.

Sisters Shafa and Bayu have been waiting in the hospital lobby for a long time, until finally the long-awaited ones arrive.

Mr. Reynand approached Bayu and his son. Bayu took Mr. Reynand into Reigha's room followed by Sister Shafa.

Mama Dhiya was standing next to the patient's gurney, staring at the child who was unable to speak and unable to smile as usual.

“Tante,” call Bayu.

Mama Dhiya turned to Bayu who brought a man and also a nurse.

“Tante, this is Mr. Reynand the fried rice seller. And this, the nurse who has been guarding Reigha here,” said Bayu introduced.

“Bayu, Aunty just ask to bring the father of fried rice seller. Why did you bring this sister too?” ask Mama Dhiya.

“Because, this nurse turned out to be the son of Mr. Reynand,” replied Bayu managed to make Reigha turned his head in shock staring at Sister Shafa.

Mama Dhiya walked over to the sofa. Mama Dhiya sat down with her blank look.

“Let's sit, Sir, Sus,” says Bayu please.

Mr. Reynand sat down, followed by Sister Shafa. Bayu just stood next to Mama Dhiya just in case Mama Dhiya can not control his emotions.

“Bapak need not explain what happened. Because, I have clearly seen the CCTV footage in the CTF. So, I want to meet the father so that the father can see the condition of my only child. Look in the gurney, sir,” said Mama Dhiya.

“How unfortunately he is. They used to be able to work, to talk, to walk, to joke. But, that was before. Now just lay weak. And what responsibility did you give? No ‘kan, Sir?” mama Dhiya's words made Sister Shafa look down sad.

As a child, it would hurt to see the father who got such a speech. Sister Shafa was still harboring, only looking down was all she could do right now.

To fight back, it felt like it was disrespectful. Reynand's father never taught me that.

“What is the responsibility of father?” mama Dhiya asked many times, repeated while looking at Reynand's father with anger.

“I'll be in charge, Ma'am,” Sister Shafa replied with forced courage. Reynand's father, Bayu, and Reigha immediately looked at Sister Shafa.

“What? Just a nurse. I know you just want my son's treasure ‘kan?” cetus Mama Dhiya's.

“Sorry, Mom. Not that I'm against mother's words. I know I am a child of a small family. A family enough. Not surrounded by luxury. But it was that sufficiency that made me proud to have my Dad, Mom. My father worked until I grew up to be the nurse I am today.  If you want to make fun of me, it's enough for me. Not to my Dad. Really, I don't have the heart, Mom.” Sister Shafa said word for word that had been buried with her head still lowered.

“Bayu, Auntie would like you to take care of Reigha so as not to be cared for by this nurse. There are many other sisters in this hospital. So, Aunty does not want to trouble the pretentious person who wants to take responsibility for this,” said Mama Dhiya.

“Tante, but Reigha since yesterday did not want to eat and did not want to be touched by any nuns except Shafa's sister, Tan,” reply Bayu honestly.

“You don't do much drama and defend them, Bayu!” mama Dhiya.
