14.Wh why?

Not so a vacation, both Via and Evan returned to work as usual. Lili was very happy when she saw Evan coming to the office. The woman rushed over to Evan who had just gotten out of his car.

"Evan, are you home?"

"Why is that?" evan asked just like that. Lili quickly chased after Evan.

"Say go to town B, where's the gift for me?" Lili asked with a hopeful face.

"Nothing, you think I'm on vacation there?"

Evan hurriedly took his steps. Lili snorted in annoyance, Evan loved to ignore her.

This afternoon, Via represents the company there is a meeting with clients who will work with Evan company. Unexpectedly, the person invited to the meeting there was a good friend Via who had lost contact for six years.

"I don't know if you work for Evan's company. Are you the new employee there?" asked Randi who was happy to be reunited with Via.

"Yes, new. So, you know Evan?"

"It's not too close either, since our family company just cooperated,"

"Yes, we'll talk later. We should work first," said Via and then they had a meeting with two other people.

About an hour later they had a meeting, and it was finally over. One of Via's friends has returned the company as well as Secretary Randi. The two of them went to lunch to continue their conversation.

"Are you married?" ask Via.

"Not yet, the soul mate is still far away! then, what about you?" Randi asked back.

"Not yet, my soul mate is still cold," replied Via funny.

"You are, there is. How's Kiran doing, I haven't heard from your half-brother in a long time?"

"A few days ago I threw them out. So, I don't know where they are now,"

"Why, is he still mean to you?"

Via took a rough breath and sipped his juice, "Kiran and his mother asked for money for surgery. They even threatened to sell my mother's house."

"It doesn't hurt, it just wants to beautify her face so that it can be meaningful!" answer the truth.

"They are evil, they never change!" Randi was furious to hear the story of Via.

"Well, it's so good that you're both double...!" suddenly, Evan's voice surprised Via and Randi.

"Big, Evan!" randi also made Evan surprised.

"He's my friend, why?" ask without feeling guilty.

"You guys are friends?" evan asked in disbelief.

"Yes, she was my junior sister then after graduating from school I continued my education abroad so we lost contact with each other" Randi explained.

"Why, would you complain?" ask Via.

"No, but you don't come near!" evan's words confused Randi.

"Wait, what does that mean?" asked Randi who was confused.

"This is my papah's future wife. So, you guys should keep a little distance even if you're friends!" evan's speech increasingly makes Randi confused but not with Via who looks relaxed.

"Wife candidate om Theo means?" ask Randi to make sure.

"Yes, why? if you don't believe, just ask Via. She's my stepmother's candidate!"

Surprisingly Randi, this man immediately asked Via, "Is that true?"

"Em, Evan's my son-in-law!" exclaim Via.

Randi sat down, the man immediately gulped down his drink and left with a feeling he could not express.

"Well, it seems like your friend likes it himself" Evan laughed.

"Leave it. The more people know the better. So, I'll have an easier time getting your papah!" sahut Via then left just like that.
