"Bell, where are you, honey. Don't scare me" whispered Bara beginning to panic.
Running out in her nightgown, looking for Bella who disappeared from the room.
Just as Bara stepped out of the hotel room, her steps came to a halt. He saw Bella walking towards him with a look of mediocre face.
No anger, no facial expression as hurt as last night. Just a puffy face and a little pouch under the eyes.
Ah, his wife cried too much last night. He had already gifted the wound right on their first night.
"Darling," cried Bara, running to hug the now defenseless petite body in his arms.
Bara smiles happily, finding Bella after having a panic and thinking his wife left him.
"What's wrong with you, Mom?" bella asked in surprise, seeing that blue eyes were already glazed over.
Bara shook his head, still clutching his wife's body tightly.
A second ago, he had just felt a deep loss. After finding his wife gone and their bed was uninhabited.
"I guess you go, Bell," Bara said after being able to control yourself.
"I'm just walking forward. I was exhausted, so I didn't wake you up" explained Bella, trying to break away.
"So Ricko called me too. So afraid Mas disturbed," continued Bella again.
"What else did Ricko call you?" tanya Bara probing. He looked at Bella, looking for the truth from the bead of the wife's eyes that could not possibly lie.
"Sister Ricko is going to Jakarta" Bella said, smiling, stepping into the room.
"To Jakarta?" tanya Bara.
"Yes, Mas. He said he wanted to find a job here. I'm bored in Surabaya."
"You want what else is that guy?" inner Bara.
Bara nodded, choosing to finish the discussion about Ricko. There's plenty of time to investigate Ricko and his importance to his wife.
Right now his gaze was fixed on the package Bella had brought in her hand. Since then he was unaware, focusing too much on Bella and their problems.
"Where are you from, Bell?" tanya Bara follows the movement of Bella's hand that puts the package on a small table beside the sofa.
"I bought you chicken porridge, Mas" explained Bella, opening a mica box filled with chicken porridge that was still hot.
"Thank you, honey," whispered Bara quietly, hugging Bella from behind.
She was overwhelmed by Bella's attention. At a time like this, Bella still remembered him, still paying attention to him.
The guilt is getting bigger. Hurt a wife who is already so good, make wounds on women who are so innocent and do not understand anything.
"Just eat. I had eaten earlier at the seller's place," Pinta Bella, handed the plastic spoon to Bara's hand.
"You didn't wake me. Tomorrow, don't go like this again. I was afraid that you would leave me earlier" whispered Bara.
"Here you go, finish your breakfast, Mas. It's cold" said Bella, forcing a smile.
Bara said, stepping into the bathroom to clean up. He panicked too much, forgetting to wash his face and change his clothes.
When Bara came back from cleaning himself, he saw Bella lying in bed, playing with her smartphone.
"Bell, are you still mad about last night?" tanya Bara ventured.
Bella was silent, not answering. Still looking at the phone seriously.
Long time no sound. Both, both Bella and Bara chose silence. Bara seemed to finish his chicken porridge and Bella was still busy staring at the screen of her cellphone.
"I'm still disappointed in you, Mom. I can't forgive you completely" Bella said suddenly.
Bara stopped her hand that was about to feed the last spoon into her mouth, turning to look at Bella.
His wife was closing her eyes, there were tears coming down Bella's temple.
"Any wife will be hurt to hear it, Mas" Bella said.
"Maybe if Mas told him before we ...." Bella kept quiet, not continuing her sentence.
"I'm sorry, Bell."
"That's what's making me hurt more. What else is that woman my own sister. Just think about it, how I feel right now."
"I'm sorry, Bell" whispered Bara quietly.
Next the man chooses silence, giving room for Bella to spill her grief. Don't want to ask too many questions or make Bella remember their conversation last night.
New embers dare to approach, as Bella falls asleep in her grief. He looked at that beautiful face up close.
"I'm sorry, Bell. I promise to make you happy after this" whispered Bara stroking Bella's sleeping face. Guilt hit him. In the past, he had not thought so far. However, the presence of Bella these few days can make her feelings disturbed.
