"As you have heard, I will immediately appoint one of you to be my right hand and my successor when I retire. I'm too old to take care of the DC Group so it's time I had to prepare one of you to become the leader of the DC Group."

"Are you going to hold a competition for the three of us?" ben asked curiously

"Of course not, all this time I've been observing you so I don't need to test your management skills anymore. I have already determined someone who will be my successor, but I will not be selfish because not only I will choose you but all the directors and shareholders. So my job is to present candidates to them and the next decision is in the hands of the board of directors and shareholders" Dario said

"Who did you choose??" tanya Raffa glanced at Dhiv

"Because Ben is going to inherit his wife's company then I set Dhiv to be my right-hand man, I'm sure with his business ability he will be able to develop DC Group,"

All were astonished by Dario's words.

"It's Mitha, you know how much I think about our son's future to try to find him the best mate who can support his business,"

"Supporting Ben's business or advancing your business, I know you deliberately set him up as a decoy to enlarge your business by marrying him to the conglomerate's daughter even though you know she's dying. Instead of finding him the best mate for her, you're destroying his future by marrying a sickly woman" Shelomita added

"Then what do you want now?" ask Dario

"I want you to give Ben the CEO position, it's not clear that he's always been helping you take care of the Headquarters, so it's only natural that he'll be your replacement,"

"Don't be rash, even though I already filed for Dhiv as my successor, it's still the directors and shareholders who have the right to decide who my successor is, so don't worry, if Ben is competent, the directors will vote for him" Dario said, trying to calm the woman down

A woman hurriedly rushed away when she saw Shelomita was about to exit Dario's study.

Lala immediately apologized to the woman she hit.

"Wait!" lala tried to stop the woman when she left him

Ratih immediately stopped his steps and turned his head towards Lala.

"You're bleeding, your nose is bleeding!" lala approached the woman

Ratih immediately took his handkerchief and cleaned the blood on his nose.

He then left Lala.

Seeing Shelomita coming out of her father's office makes Raffa immediately enter the room.

Dario smiled cynically welcoming the arrival of his eldest son.

"Do you also mind my decision?" telisik Dario

"Of course dad. Although I have decided not to get involved in my father's business, this time I disagree with your decision. As a Casanova I should know how to treat women well, even though Shelomita is not the woman you love but at least she is your legal wife, you two have gone through a lot to get all this. At least he's the one who's always by your side when you're hard and happy, so don't forget his services. Although I I don't like it very much either, but still I'd rather agree if you put Ben as your successor, anyway if he's incompetent the directors won't vote for him either, so there's no harm in pleasing your wife" Raffa said

"Then why don't you just replace me, as my eldest son you should be my successor and guide your brothers" Dario said

"Like my late mother's message, I should be able to put myself in this family, I already have my own cooler business so as to why fuss over possessions that are not mine. Don't worry about me let alone feeling guilty about my mother,"

"Then you don't have to worry about me either, don't interfere with my business and take care of yourself" Dario said

Raffa just sighed hearing the father's words. The man knew very well if his father was a person who did not easily accept the opinions of others especially from him.

Realizing that something will happen that will destroy his family if Dario continues his plan, Raffa must do something.

Failing to melt his father's heart makes Raffa then invite Dhiv to speak. He knew only Dhiv could be spoken to.

That night Raffa deliberately invited Dhiv to Cafenya which is in the Kemang area of South Jakarta.

Dhiv comes alone to meet Raffa's invitation. He was so surprised when he saw Clarissa at the cafe with her brother Raffa.

"Why do you look awkward Dhiv, do you still like him?" tanya Raffa accidentally kissed Clarissa in front of him

"How can I still like it if I've got better than him." Dhiv said then immediately sat down

"How are you Dhiv?" hello Clarissa

"As you can see I'm good,"

"I heard you're getting married, is that true??" ask Clarissa again

"Of course,"

"Do you really love that girl??" ask Clarissa

"I'm sorry I came here just to talk about business, if there's nothing to talk about it I'd rather go home,"

Raffa immediately restrained Dhiv as the young man was about to move from his seat.

"You still haven't changed Dhiv. I know I've been too much with you, but this isn't how you repay him. If you need money for your mother's treatment then I can help you,"

"No need brother, I can still handle everything" Dhiv replied

"You'd better end this game soon, because it's dangerous to keep going,"

"What care about you, you better take care of your life and don't interfere in my affairs" Dhiv replied then moved on from his seat

"I'm doing all this because I care about you Dhiv, I don't want our family to be divided over this matter,"

"Since when do you care about our family, don't be pretentious if your goal is only to break down my spirit" Dhiv replied then left Raffael
