Chapters. 101: How are you, Vera?

Yugi tells the news about Vera and her mother's pick-up from the house to the police station at Rico. This made them agree to meet at a cafe.

"Have you seen Vera before the police picked her up from home?" yugi asked to learn a little about Vera who claimed wrong.

"No. I told you I didn't want to stand in your way and Nami sued Vera. So I never saw Vera. How's he doing now?" ask Rico.

"A little less good," Yugi replied honestly. The circumstances of people arrested by the police will never look very good unless they are psychopaths who enjoy such stressful situations.

Stupid, Rico's curse in the heart. He must be fucked. It can't be okay, right? Meeting an ex-wife in the police station's detention room is not a good thing.

This man was trying to observe his ex-wife. Vera's pale face looked wrinkled without make-up. Her hair is also messy. Only tied with a red rubber band.

"Don't look at me for long. I'm ashamed of my current situation" said Vera, who realized Rico was staring at him for a long time. His head lowered and his hands clutched under the table in embarrassment.

Rico blinked his eyes. Then immediately turned his gaze in the other direction as Vera scolded him softly. She's surprised. This woman had indeed never allowed herself to look bad in front of him.
