Out of the bathroom after dressing up, Aruna then approached Sarah's grandmother with a happy face. Even though he still looks pale, he can smile. For Aruna, Sarah's grandmother's smile was her joy.

"Grandma's grave first yes, soon Sandy's doctor will come check on Grandma's condition." Aruna said with a smile.

"You know Dr. Sandy, honey ?" Sarah's grandmother asked, watching her grandson's face.

"Waalaikumsalam, doc , let's go in." Reply Aruna friendly.

Arion snorts harshly at how excited Aruna is to welcome doctor Sandy. Arion does not like the interaction of the two. Without lingering doctor Sandy immediately checked the condition of his patients accompanied by some questions on Sarah's grandmother.

"Sorry sir can shift a little ?" Doctor Sandy smiled kindly.

"Of course but I also have to accompany my grandmother-in-law." Arion with a sinless face.

"Sir, I talked to Doctor Sandy first, huh ? Just a minute, okay." Aruna says goodbye and kisses Sarah's grandmother.

Then Aruna just passed by without looking at Arion. Indeed, Aruna is not comfortable with the presence of Arion, especially his sharp gaze is very disturbing to his heart health.

After Aruna disappeared, Arion looked at Sarah's grandmother who was still lying weak. He also felt worried about seeing the health condition of Sarah's grandmother who was getting weaker.

Without asking much, Arion immediately did the orders of Sarah's grandmother. He called Arista out of fear that Ramdhan's grandfather had ignored his call. Then he called Aruna. Along with the arrival of bi Ina.

"Bi, please call Aruna in Dr. Sandy's office. Since then he's been redirecting my call, Sarah's grandmother's condition is deteriorating." Arion's word is panicked.

Hearing Arion's words, bi Ina immediately turned her body and half ran towards the doctor's room Sandy.
