Episode 7's
Four hours later, they found him in front of a forest shrouded in fog.
Zhuo Fan's eyes flickered every time they explored the mist-swallowed trees.
“This Misty Forest, shrouded in fog all year round. Anyone who enters will have trouble getting out.” Luo Yunchang hesitated, “We might lose them there, but we might as well get lost for eternity.”
Zhuo Fan paid little heed to it, inspecting the area, especially the mountain in the east, which was surrounded by clouds.
“What is Blackwind Mountain?”
Luo Yunchang nodded, “My father said that the Blackwind Mountain Sovereign has great power, no less than his. Our clan was fine for decades, for some reason, their bandits attacked manor.”
“Hehehe, great place!” Zhuo Fan rubbed his chin, showing sincere admiration.
“Blue Dragon in the East, White Tiger in the West, Vermilion Bird in the South, Black Tortoise in the North, and Qilin horn in the middle, break the sky!
“This is a natural arrangement!” Zhuo Fan muttered, “Honey, no one knows about it. Now that I'm here, I'll make this place my second Demon Mountain!”
Zhuo Fan's eyes twinkled with joy.
He was clear of the value of this mountain. If this was the Sacred Domain, only Saints could master such a place.
“Young man, want to kill Steward Sun and others here?” Zhuo Fan looked over.
Luo Yunchang was shocked.
They only numbered three while a powerful group hunted them and they barely had enough time to escape. How will they destroy it?
Luo Yunhai snorted and smiled wryly at Zhuo Fan, "Lave stinks, stop boasting!"
"Is your ass itching again?"
Zhuo Fan's gaze made Luo Yunhai's words stifle in his throat. A round of slaps to his back told him that this servant did not care for this young master.
“Huh, a wise man knows when to retreat. Once I get home, I'll see how tough you are! He muttered on his sister's shoulder.
With her brother in her arms and to avoid the vile anger of the servant, Luo Yunchang asked doubtfully, "How is it?" extending her hand, “Young lady, how many spirit stones do you have? Please give everything to me.”
“For what do you need it?” Luo Yunchang watched him with wary eyes.
“Hahaha, young lady misunderstood me, I did not try to take advantage of the rejected clan and turned into an evil servant who robbed her. All my actions for your safety.”
“Huh, still consider yourself a loyal servant? From the way I see it, there are no vile servants out there who can match you.”
Luo Yunchang rubbed her pitiful brother's butt, as she thought of that, but still gave him her ring, “This is all mine. If you dare to lie to me, I will never forgive you. ”
Zhuo Fan picked it up while smiling and drowning in mist.
“ Wait for me here. ”
“Huh, this waitress is too outrageous. He even dared to order his master! Brother, you must punish him for me! ” Luo Yunhai rambled as soon as the maid left.
Luo Yunhai thought for a moment then nodded, “Yes, it's all wrong Steward Sun.”
Luo Yunchang is happy and praises her, “Yunhai, you are already big. .”
But then he hissed through his teeth, “As for that stinking slave, he should be hit tomorrow. Killing him was too easy for him!”
Luo Yunchang was silent.
Zhuo Fan walked amongst the white mist, his deep eyes observing his surroundings. From time to time, his hands flashed and spirit stones flew out of the ring and disappeared into the ground.
Although this was his first time here, he was very familiar with the layout. The road was never interrupted by the fog.
Within a quarter of an hour, he crossed the entire forest.
“Nine Gates of the Underworld open! Four Cardinal Wraith Array activated!”
His hand made a mark with lightning speed, while he chanted a spell from the Nine Silences Secret Note.
The wind shifted and the sky became dark. With lamentation, a gray shadow fell from the sky and hid in the Misty Forest.
The fog flushed, then blackened, the same color as the sky.
Screaming constantly out.
The brothers held on tightly to each other, trembling in fear as they took a step back for some comfort.
Yet the wails and screams stopped as soon as they started as the sky cleared and even the sun peered through the clouds. The Misty Forest fog disappeared and showed a breathless Zhuo Fan walking over.
“What just happened? What are you doing?" Luo Yunchang watched him in confusion.
He just waved and entered the forest.
“Follow me.”
Luo Yunchang was suspicious, yet she brought her brother behind. Zhuo Fan had a mysterious appearance that made the two not voice their doubts.
When they arrived at an ancient tree, Zhuo Fan said, “Stay under this tree for now. I will teach you how to control the Wraith Array and when Steward Sun comes, you can use it to kill them.”
“What!? This array?”
Luo Yunchang was stunned.
Arrays were even more valuable than martial arts in this world. No sect would dare to release even a normal array outwards. Even if the auction had a grade-1 array, it would still sell for hundreds of thousands of spirit stones. They are rare and in high demand.
If their Cloud Manor had a protective array, they would never sink so low from mere bandits.
However, at this moment, only a servant casually arranged the array. There was no way this feat would make the young miss silly surprised.
