Letter of Agreement

A few days later, Jack suddenly came to Andreson's residence escorted by his two minions. There he was very well welcomed by all members of the Andreson family except Aluna.

“Welcome Jack.” Sapa Keith while smiling kindly to the man who will soon become his son-in-law.

“Good morning Mrs and Mr.” Jack returned the greeting with a soft tone of voice and a face that looked happy.

Andreon accepted and read the letter. The letter said Jack would lend Andreson five hundred and fifty billion dollars and promise to marry his daughter to Jack Kenly. The money will be paid with the time set and agreed upon by both parties. And if the second party has not been able to pay or has crossed the predetermined limit then it is fair for the first party to sue the court. With the record of a daughter named Aluna Louis is as his guarantee.

Without thinking, Andreson also agreed to the agreement that was written in the letter. David who was still curious about the contents of the letter tried to read it and how surprised he was when he read the contents of the letter Jack made.

David hesitated a little and suddenly he pulled Andreson's hand when he was about to sign the agreement.

The attention of everyone who was there was immediately on David. Jack was upset because David wanted to thwart his efforts.

“What's David?” Ask Andreson in wonder.

“Pa, please think again. Do you really want to sign the agreement?” Ask David.

“David! If you still don't believe me, please! My intention here is to help your family. But if you disagree with the contents of the letter, then I will leave here.” Jack exclaimed with a slightly raised voice.

“Jack, Jack, please don't be like that. We desperately need your help. We believe in you, please do not take heart with the attitude of David.” Sahut Andreson's.

Keith also tried to defuse Jack's anger.

“Not because I don't trust you Jack, but I don't know why I'm not happy if my brother is made his guarantee.” Bright David.

“Alright, it's up to papa and mama only.” David replied to make Andreson continue to sign the letter on stamp duty.

Aluna also thought that the document might just be a letter of agreement to disburse the money to be borrowed by her father but she did not know that she would soon become the husband of a man who he hated it all along.

David who could do nothing could only be silent as he looked at his sister who was walking away from the house. He felt pity because his only sister had been made a guarantee of the agreement.

“Poor Aluna, she would definitely be very hurt if she knew all this.” David with a sad look.

After that, David left in front of them all.

“Jack, I'll go to the room first. Please if you still want to talk to my mom and dad.” Pamit David then lifted his foot from the living room.

Elsewhere, Aluna meets a man familiar to her at a cafe when Aluna wants to pay for the drink she just ordered. He turned to the left to see the man standing right next to him. That man is none other than Kevin.

“Kevin.” Aluna said with a soft tone of voice.

Kevin turned his head towards Aluna and then greeted her.

“Hay, how are you?” Ask Kevin.

“A—aku good. How about you?” Aluna asked whose face had turned pink.
