"now it's just a matter of waiting for the news tomorrow morning and that's sure to shock the world about the death of Alex hahaha's family". merlin's laughter was so happy when the plan worked out for him that it didn't matter not to make them suffer but to be replaced with therapeutic happiness when Merlin stopped his steps and also laughed when he saw the person who he wants to get rid of it near his car

"so happy". Mex said and looked at Merlin

"why can you be outside instead of you being inside the house and on fire".

"Merlin didn't my husband apologize and make peace about why you burned our house down".

"why not that I have also put forward the requirements to make peace but your husband refused so why make peace".

Merlin was cynical as he looked at Laura and doused Laura with the rest of the oil she was carrying and directly held Laura and placed a knife on her neck

"Merlin took my wife off". Alex shouted

"it would be great if your wife burned to death".

Merlin walks back towards Alex's burning house while Laura automatically follows Merlin's steps

"Merlin, don't be crazy, we could get burned if I take me there".

"i've gone mad and if you burn I'm sure your husband will go crazy hahahha".

alex, Mex, Arden, Andra and Farhan try to help Laura they look at each other and give a code, they all advanced following Merlin who was carrying Laura and would soon enter into the flames

"alright I'll marry you Merlin". Alex shouted and it managed to stop Merlin's steps

"i changed Alex's mind and I won't believe you, I just want Laura to survive instead and after that you break the promise".

"it won't be here now with Laura". Alex said gently while Mex and Farhan walked to the side

"no you must be lying, I won't be fooled by you again".

Arden gestured to her mother to insert a hand between her neck and Merlin's hand wrapped around her neck and then pushed it.

"i won't break my promise, what you want I'll give you".

Laura pushes Merlin's hand and it manages to make it apart from Merlin but Merlin manages to pull Laura's shirt so that there is an interesting attraction from between Laura and Merlin, Alex immediately helps Laura escape from Merlin's cheque

"aaaa". cried Merlin as she was thrust into the flames

"Merlin". shouted Laura who would go in to help Merlin but managed to hold Alex if not then the fire would directly burn Laura because Merlin had poured oil on Laura

"last I wanted to help Merlin all because of me, I accidentally pushed him". Laura said trying to let go of Alex's hand holding his wrist

"no baby, look at the wet clothes because of the oil". Alex said and took Laura away from their burning house

"but Merlin could have died".

they all move away from the house and that night becomes the last living witness of Merlin. They all leave the place towards Alex's new home, which is , while the car was driving, Laura was silent and Alex took Laura into her arms

"baby it's not your fault it's Merlin's destiny maybe this is the way to end his crime".

"but it was also my fault because I was the one he got into that blaze".

"no, it's not your fault". Alex convinced Laura

after arriving at her new home Alex takes Laura into her room and puts her into bed, while outside, Ana approaches her husband

"what happened to Mama why is that so dear".

"tomorrow I tell you we should sleep now it's past midnight".

while Arden takes Tasya into the guest room, Andra enters his room and Mex chooses to return home.

the flashback

after meeting Merlin Alex puts some of his men to watch over Merlin and after that Alex invites the family to move into their new home, and Alex's guess is correct that Merlin will do the act when he gets a report from his men.

actually, Alex felt it was hard to let the house burn because there had many memories in Alex's life but to solve the problem Alex tried to let the house burn so he could catch Merlin and take him to the office post.

at midnight Alex gets a call from the fruit if Merlin is already in front of his house, after getting the phone Alex and the others immediately headed to their old house and when they got there they saw Merlin who was still in the car. they also watched as Merlin pretended to ask their housekeeper for help and how Merlin knocked the guard unconscious.

they also saw Merlin throwing oil around their house and burning it.

"mas why not just prevent it instead of at home is a lot of memories".

"it's okay baby, just this way we can report Merlin to the police station".

Alex stared at the house where he grew up and where his children had to grow up in flames.They got out of the car and waited in front of Merlin's car, which he owned, they could also see Merlin's happy laughter after successfully burning down the house.

their initial plan only wanted to put Merlin in prison but beyond suspicion so that Merlin had to lose his life in a house that has many memories

flashback off

Inside the room Laura could not close her eyes and when she closed her eyes the image of Merlin that had been burning made Laura open her eyes. Alex wrapped her hand around Laura's waist

"baby listen to me it's not your fault, it's his recompense and it ends this grudge". Alex said, wiping Laura's hair

"but it feels unsettling to me"., Laura replied, turning her body towards Alex

"remember how bad Merlin was to you and how he wanted to make you die with him, if he hadn't done that then he'd still be alive today and he'd be behind bars".

Alex brings Laura's face to her chest and rubs Laura's back to channel her sense of calm and a few minutes later Alex hears Laura's subtle snoring that has entered the dream realm and is followed by Alex
