Madame Me, My Husband

Madame Me, My Husband
I Love You, Mas...

"Richord..." Intan muttered softly, not expecting his friend to be here. Trudgingly he stood up and looked at Riko.

"Why are you here, Riko?" tanya Intan was curious.

"You don't need why I'm here, I'd like to ask you, who says nobody wants you?"

Riko looked at Intan with an indecipherable look. The tall, large man, noticed that Intan's eyes looked puffy and his bare lips were shaking very strongly at this moment.

Intan did not reply, instead lowered his face directly when he realized it seemed like Riko knew he was crying earlier.

"Intan, we better take shelter in the cabin now, don't you pity me soaking wet like this." Riko reviewed the smile while crossing her hands across her chest, indicating that she was cold.

Without much objection, Intan gave a small nod and followed Riko from behind to the cottage not far from them.

"Intan, where's your husband?" ask Riko for a moment.

Now the two had reached a small hut in which was an old man, the guardian of the tomb. Riko had asked permission to take shelter for a moment.

Intan still lowered her face. Didn't want Riko to know the horror of her heart now towards her husband.

Riko sighed. "Well, if you don't want to tell a story, I'll tell it." Glancing at Intan beside him at a glance then turned his gaze forward, seeing the dripping water so profusely drenching the ground.

"Intan, you asked me why I was here, actually I accidentally saw you on the way here, I just got home from the health center to pick up the files that were left behind. Of course I was curious and started to follow you, it turns out you visited the graves of your parents."

Silent, there was no response from Intan, splashing water and gusts of wind around, making the two drift in each other's minds.

"Trust that the rain that falls to the earth today is the tears of your parents. Do you know why they cry?" ask Riko suddenly.

Intan shook his head.

Riko took a slow breath. "Because of their beautiful daughter, saying the no-no and unknowingly hurt their feelings."

Intan smiled bitterly in response to Riko's words.

"Intan, did you forget the message I sent you yesterday? You have to trust me. You'll get well, I promise to help you deal with your illness, but on one condition you and your husband will have to come with me tomorrow to the City, there's plenty of alternative medicine."

"But–"

"There's no but-but, Intan, I don't know what's going on between you and Judah because it's your domestic business, it's better to be honest even if it hurts, eventually, talk carefully with your husband, Intan," said Riko quickly.

Intan was troubled and agitated, there was also a point in Riko's words but the problem now was that she was very difficult to speak with her husband.

"I'll take you home" Riko said at once.

"Don't Riko! The people in the village will misunderstand again, "attack Intan.

Riko let out a rough sigh and subconsciously touched Intan's shoulder. Intan flinched, as quickly as lightning lowered Riko's hand.

"Sorry, Riko, we have to keep our distance" Intan said as he took a step back.

"I'm sorry too." Riko scratched his nape that did not itch for a moment. "Because you won't come home with me, then I'll keep you company until the rain subsides."

"What's wrong, Riko, go home you must be soy sauce," Intan said.

"No, it is indeed my duty to accompany this stubborn patient of mine," Riko said with a faint smile.

Intan replied with a smile as well.

"Wait a minute." Riko glanced at Intan at a glance then turned her body back, approaching the middle-aged man sitting while sipping black coffee.

Intan was a little surprised, then turned her eyes towards Riko. "Thank you, Riko."

"Hm, sit down" Riko said, taking a plastic stool for Intan.

Intan nodded, then sat facing out of the cottage, watching the rain never stop.

About thirty minutes, the rain had completely subsided. Intan also said goodbye to Riko, when he saw the sky began to turn a pitch-black color.

Arriving at home, Intan immediately entered but suddenly Judah confronted him suddenly.

"Mas Yuda! Unhand me!" intan shouted as Yuda blocked his hand.

"How dare you meet your cheating ha?! You're making me even more embarrassed!" pekik Yuda blaring.

An hour ago someone sent him pictures of Intan and Riko in the grave cottage, showing them smiling at each other like lovers.

"What do you mean, Mom? I don't understand?"

"Shut up! You know, woman don't know herself!" Yuda violently jerks Intan's body to the floor then drags his wife to the second floor. The sound of Intan's cry for mercy and asking to be released rang out loud. But as if deaf Yuda heeded Intan's request.

Arriving in the room, Yuda slammed Intan's body until it fell onto the mattress and walked quickly to the door.

"Mas! What wrong? I went to my parents' grave, accidentally met Riko, she wasn't my affair, Mas, trust me. He was my friend in school, I used to treat him a lot, because I was very sick, Mas" explained Intan quickly while sobbing slowly.

Brak!

"Lied!!!" yuda screeched while slamming the door of the room and then approached Intan on the bed. Both of his eyes flashed until veins appeared on his neck. That guy's like a man of infidelity now.

"Where did he touch you ha?!!!" yuda's wrath while forcibly removing Intan's clothes.

Intan screamed hysterically as Yuda treated her very harshly.

"Argh! Mas, don't be like this, me and Riko are just friends...." Intan cried, staring at the husband.

"Friends? Hmh! You liar!" Yuda supported Intan and then kissed his wife who was innocent without a thread.

The next second, the ivory-white room was filled with a groaning sound. Yuda had his first wife so violently that Intan sobbed strongly.

The man doesn't care, really doesn't care about the state of Intan right now. He vented his anger, because he felt he failed to become a husband, because Intan did not respect him anymore. Moreover, Mother Ema told her to divorce Intan, because it embarrassed her family.

Long enough, Yuda was on top of Intan's body until finally he was exhausted and collapsed right on the chest of his wife and then immediately fell asleep.

Meanwhile, Intan, looking at the ceiling of the room with eyes that are still foggy while one hand stroked the head of Judah.

"Why don't you trust me, Mom, I can't possibly cheat on you, don't you love me anymore." said Intan slowly.

Silent for a moment, there was only the sound of snoring from the nose of Judah.

"I love you, Mas.." he muttered at once while peeking at the husband's sweaty forehead.
