Eps. 71 The Same Pendant

Matthew smiled broadly at the figure in front of him and he did not expect to be able to meet his son who had been missing for almost a year.

“Gavin... You're here apparently.”tap it again while holding his shoulder.

Alden silently looked at the figure of the man in front of him. He tried to recall and the man did appear in his past memories with him.

“What does this man have to do with me ? But he called me Gavin.”batin Alden thought and still looked at the man in front of him.

Alden only frowned hearing the man's explanation and said nothing but looking at the figure in front of him.

Matthew saw the doubt in Alden's eyes and thought maybe he was just supposed to claim to be his family.

The man without permission and asked Alden for approval, touching the pendant hanging around his neck.

“This locket is your identity as the Bailey family.”ucap the man explained also showed the serial number behind the pendant he wore.

To further reassure her she also took out the pendant she was wearing and showed it to Alden.

“See this locket I'm wearing. Our pendants are the same because we are one family.”ucap Matthew again to convince Alden.

Alden observed the pendant held by the man in front of him and indeed their pendant was identical.

“It looks like this person is not lying but I find it strange to call him father.”batin Alden finished paying attention to Matthew's pendant.

Because Alden was just silent, Mattew pulled him and invited him to sit down to make it more funny to talk.

“Sit...”ucap Matthew invites Alden to sit in the chair where he previously sat.

Alden sat down and silently stared at the one sitting in front of him with a blank mind. Because for him after his memory is lost he considers himself to be living a kara.

Outside the outlet is Kyra who walks in and searches for Alden's whereabouts, as the man leaves her first to retrieve the keys left in the locker room.

“Where is Alden... why did he take so long to take the motor key only ?”kyra muttered after looking at her watch and it turned out that she had been waiting for 30 minutes.

“What does he help workers here ?”muttered Kyra then gazed towards the outlet and did not find the whereabouts of the man there, there was only his servant.

Kyra circulated her gaze around and stared one by one at the outlet to look for Alden's whereabouts.

“Wait.. it's like Alden. But who is he talking to?”muttered Kyra saw Alden sitting in a corner and talking to a man.

“puk..”.Kyra patted Alden's shoulder softly.

Alden looked back and saw Kyra standing behind him.

“Kyra... Why did you follow me here ?”said Alden.

“I've been waiting for you Alden for a long time, are we going home or not ? But if you still have business then it's okay I will wait for you.”return Kyra then turn around and walk away from the man.

Alden held and pulled Kyra's hand, holding her back from leaving her.

“My company is here for a while.”briefly with a pleading gaze.

“But you're on business, I don't want to bother you.”balas Kyra then turned to settle down someone else sitting in front of Alden.

“What's wrong, accompany me for a moment.”ucap Alden again pulled Kyra's hand.

Kyra sits next to Alden and accompanies him. He then looked at the man sitting in front of Alden, but just kept quiet and tried to remember his familiar face.

“This girl calls her by the name of Alden?”matthew looked at Kyra.

“Ehm... Gavin. I was lucky to find you earlier than your mother.”Cap Matthew resumed his chat.

“What... mother ?”he said it was short because he did not know what and how his mother looked like other than that he also did not know what his mother's plan was.

“Yes your mother.. I don't know what else she'll do to you if she finds you.”ucap Matthew keeps his conversation going.

Alden furrowed his brows he did not know what the talk of the man claiming to be his father meant.

“Your mother. And if he finds you again in this condition, I don't know what will happen to you.”.

Kyra who was listening earlier tried to digest what was said by the man sitting in front of her.

“This man from earlier he said if his father Alden, could what he said be true ?”inner Kyra settled down and observed the figure of the man sitting in front of her.

“Wait, sorry...you said you are Alden's father, is that true ?”kyra interrupted the conversation and asked directly out of curiosity.

Matthew stopped talking to Gavin and turned to look at the girl sitting in front of him.

“Yes..I am Gavin's father. Who are you ? Why are you with my son ?”the man asked Kyra.

Alden held Kyra's hand tightly.

“She is my lover.”ucap Alden replied representing Kyra.

“Oh so... so you saved my son this ?”asked the man again still staring at Kyra.

Kyra just nodded her head looking at Matthew. Because if he doesn't know what to say.

Matthew then returned to talk to Gavin, although again it was only a few words.

Suddenly Matthew stood up after staring at the watch in his hand while throwing a look outwards.

“Gavin. And I can't do anything for you right now. Bring this, call dad if there's anything.”pap the guy took out a business card and gave it to Alden then too go in a hurry to leave them both.

While Alden and Kyra were staring at each other had seen the departure of the man claiming to be Alden's father.
