Nuna was struck by lightning in broad daylight when she heard that her husband had an accident. Nuna dropped her phone. Alisha who had just come so surprised when she saw her sister-in-law pecking while crying.

"What's up, brother?" Ask Alisha worriedly.

"Mas Leon," Nuna called her husband's name crying. He sits on the floor.

Alisha crouched down and asked what happened to her sister-in-law. "Mas Leon crashed he is now in the hospital" Nuna said as she sobbed.

Alisha covered her mouth with both palms. He nodded quickly in disbelief.

Then Nuna got up and invited Alisha to go see Leon. "Wait, Leon locks Zoya's room how's she doing?" Tanya Nuna asked for an opinion.

"Just let Zoya's sister serve her sentence." Alisha gave her advice.

"Please open the door for me" Zoya whispered in her room. He was crying but no one heard him. Nando opens the door for his daughter. He eavesdropped on his daughter's quarrel with her eldest son earlier.

Meanwhile, Alisha and Nuna leave for the hospital where Leon is being treated. Alisha carries the vehicle carefully she does not want the same incident to happen to her as her brother just experienced.

Arriving at the hospital, Nuna saw a lot of police there. He asked the police.

"Sir, are you handling my husband's accident?" Nuna asked one of the police.

"Owh you're his brother, sir." The cop doesn't know Leon's identity yet.

"Leon, Sir. My husband's name is Leon."

"Yes, Mom. Leon is in the ICU. The doctor was cleaning the wound. The collision he experienced was so violent that it was estimated that the wound was very severe" the police said.

Nuna's body staggered backwards. Fortunately Alisha caught him. "Sister, patient sister, yes, we pray together for the healing of Leon's brother," Alisha tried to advise her brother-in-law to be more steadfast in accepting the trials that plagued her.

The doctor came out of the ICU. Nuna and Alisha approached. "How's my husband doing, Doc?" Nuna asked with a trembling tone.

"Is the patient inside your husband?" Nuna nodded weakly.

"While the situation is very critical we don't know when he will be conscious." the doctor's remark made Nuna and Alisha even more sad.

"I hope you are patient, Mom. We both pray for a miracle for the patient." The doctor left after talking to Nuna. Nuna and Alisha.

"Sir Leon is critical we can only wait for a miracle" Alisha replied with a sad face.

Nando and Zoya are also saddened to hear of Leon's situation.

Leon has been hospitalized for days. Nuna patiently waited for her husband. No company is leading. Nuna asks her father-in-law to return to lead the company for a while as long as Leon is not aware.

At first Nando refused but there was no other way. He also did not want the company that his son built from 0 to be in vain. Moreover, many employees depend on the company.

The more days Nuna's disease gets worse. The doctor advised him to have surgery. Nuna also complied. She did not want to die before her husband was healed. So she was determined to recover even though the possibility of getting pregnant was very small.

During the operation Alisha faithfully awaits Leon there may be hope he will be aware of his coma. They already know that Zoya became pregnant out of wedlock after her belly grew bigger. Zoya is honest with her father and sister.

"How's Leon doing?" Tanya Nuna who finished the operation.

"Still the same brother, no change yet," Zoya jawb with a soft face.

"Zoy, I see your stomach is getting bigger, is Raymond still not willing to take responsibility?" Nuna asked her sister-in-law. Zoya nodded.

"Please persuade him to marry while your brother is in a coma, I didn't teach you anything bad, but if Raymond's reason for fear of facing Leon, it's time."

Zoya digests Nuna's words. He thought for a moment. "I'll try brother."

"So what is your reaction to knowing you're pregnant out of wedlock?" Tanya Nuna was curious.

"He was crying, but I don't know what it means to cry because I'm disappointed in him or because I've humiliated him."

"Don't think like that, papa loves you very much, surely he is also a dilemma because he can't keep his daughter well until getting pregnant out of wedlock" Nuna said.

Zoya comes to see Raymond. Raymond was seen walking with a woman. "Raymond" call Zoya. Feeling his name called the young man turned his head.

When he sees Zoya calling, Raymond dodges. Zoya quickens her pace after which she pulls Raymond's hand and slaps him hard in front of the woman walking beside Raymond.
