Where's Dad?

Ayya was still stunned in disbelief, the girl thought. Is he currently dreaming of seeing the man he was looking for from this afternoon. And now the man was sitting next to her with a relaxed looking face.

But back again, he wasn't sleeping anymore, so where could he possibly be dreaming?. Think Ayya.

Not sure what he saw. Ayya touched Delmond's face with her hands. It feels real, if the man is indeed the man who made him be there alone.

"Is this really you?" Asked the girl looking closely at Delmond's handsome face.

"Maybe." Delmond replied as usual still looking cool.

Ayya hit the chest of Delmond's field, hugging the man. I don't know why she doesn't know the limits of being with Delmond. Unlike other men, he keeps his boundaries. Even to the extent of talking to other men, he is also limiting and only speaks if necessary. Never discussed what the girl thought was unimportant.

Delmond let Ayya embrace him, neither did he retaliate nor refuse.

"Where are you from? I searched for you all day, but I couldn't find your whereabouts at all" Ayya said looking at the face of the man she was hugging.

Delmond wanted to push Ayya out of his embrace. But looking at the tears on the girl's cheeks, she couldn't bear to do it.

Actually the man was injured, and was holding a wound on his arm that was touched by Ayya who was hugging him.

"Why are you looking for me?" Delmond asked as if he did not know Ayya's worries.

"Of course I'm looking for you, because I'm worried about your situation," Ayya replied still hugging her.

"You won't be able to find me, you know. If now the police are looking for my whereabouts, then where might I be wandering out there" replied Delmond.

Ayya took off her hug on Delmond, "then, why don't you just run away? You can go out of the country, and leave the country" Ayya said. The girl didn't want to until Delmond got caught. He thought if the man was abroad, at least he could still meet the man.

Delmond looked towards the face of the girl next to him. Then he shook his head.

"My mother and sister are here. I'm unlikely to leave the country" Delmond answered, smoking a cigarette, and intending to smoke.

Ayya took a cigarette from the man's hand before Delmond burned it.

Delmond turned his gaze and looked at the lights that lit up the city at night. It looks so beautiful and fun for those who see.

"They've returned to their final resting place" Delmond replied. This was the first time the man had told someone about his family that no one knew but himself and the owner of destiny.

Ayya felt pity, "Sorry, I don't know,"

"It's okay."

"Then? Where's Dad?" Ayya asked back.

Looking at Ayya's face, "He's in Germany" Delmond replied honestly.

"Germans? Your father's from Germany?"

Delmond nodded. The man did not seem too happy to discuss his father's challenge.

I don't know what kind of conflict between father and son there is. So that Delmond did not like his father, and even he hated the middle-aged man he had once called 'Dad.

Delmond's father had even come many times to the country where Delmond lived and took his son to Germany and left his dark job. But Delmond refused and told his father that if he had no father, his father would have been dead long ago. Which made the middle-aged man grieve every time he met his son and heard Delmond's scathing words.

Delmond and his father had different beliefs. Delmond follows the same beliefs of his mother as Ayya. His father also had a different belief than him.

This was also the first time Delmond had told someone he still had a father. Of course all that only applies to Ayya, the girl who slowly changes her life.

Delmond actually still has many ways to protect his base. But I don't know why, ever since I met the girl next to him.
