56. Ep 56s

After the meeting, Byan and Revan returned to the office. Byan told Revan to go through a rather quiet road to avoid traffic jams. In the car, Byan holds his laptop. He still finished some of his work.

Revan who was holding the wheel, suddenly saw something that caught his attention. He saw two women being chased by thugs. His eyes widened to see Reni who ran away while carrying a high heel in his hand while Shevi was a bit far ahead. Revan stopped the car.

"By,,," call Revan.

"Hmmmmm,,," replied Byan.

"Isn't that Shevi and Reni??? They're in danger, By!! They're being chased by thugs" Revan told Byan.

"Don't joke, Van. Shevi's college!!" Byan doesn't believe it.

"That's, you look across the street" said Revan. Byan then closed his laptop. And it turns out that's exactly what Revan said. He sees Shevi who fell and is caught by the thug. Byan hurriedly got out of his car. He runs across the street and is followed by Revan.

"Let's see if there's a blister" said Byan, releasing his arms and observing Shevi's body from top to bottom.

"Oiyaaaa, where's Reni???" shevi asked Byan. He forgot his best friend.

"That's..." Byan pointed at Revan and Reni who were walking towards him. Revan also manages to save Reni and unfortunately Revan has not had time to interrogate her, the thug escapes.

"Come, I'll take you." Revan opens the door for Reni. Revan drives his car leaving Byan and Shevi who are still there.

"When are those high heels in your hands???" ask Revan while focusing on driving.

"Ehhhh,,,,," Reni only realized that she was still holding high heels in her hands.

"I'm sorry, I forgot. Hehehee.." said Reni, then put it on.

Byan takes Shevi into his office. He slightly lowered his head so that the bruises on his cheeks were invisible. Byan stopped in front of Mia's desk.

Mia was a little shocked to see the battered face of her boss. He did not dare to ask further. Mia did not want to interfere in the boss's personal affairs.

"Mia, please bring me some ice cubes and a small towel. Bring it to my room." ordered Byan.

"Okay, sir." answered Mia.

Inside his study room, Byan took off his suit and loosened his tie. He sat down next to Shevi. Shortly afterwards, Mia came in carrying a bowl filled with ice cubes and a small towel.

"This, sir." Mia put it on the table.

"Yes. Thank ye. You can come out" said Byan.

Shevi immediately took the initiative to take a towel and ice to compress Byan's bruised face for helping himself.

"It's been slow, you put up with it" Shevi said.

Outside the office, Revan ran into the lobby. He looks very hasty. Instead of going straight to his study, Revan went to Keysa's room.

"Braaakkkk,,,,," Revan opened Keysa's door rudely.

"Please be polite if you go into someone's room" Keysa said. Revan walked over to Keysa.

"Do you need to be polite when facing a cunning woman like you??!!" revan said firmly.

"I'm trying to be patient. But the more you get here, the more outrageous you get. You think I didn't know that you told the thugs to harm Byan's fiancee??" revan asked Keysa.

"What are you talking about, Van??? Do not just accuse. You have no proof, right??" Keysa asked Revan.

Revan was silent because he had no evidence at all. But he's convinced that it must be Keysa's job. Revan out of Keysa's room.

Keysa stood up and kicked down his desk.

"You're so smart, Revan!!! Just wait, what am I gonna do to you. You are an obstacle for me." said Keysa with a grin.

After exiting Keysa's room, Revan goes straight to Byan. When he opened the door, he saw Byan tilting his head about to kiss Shevi's lips.

Huhhhhhh,,,,,! I entered at a bad time!!! Inner Revan.

"OKs. Just relax!!! I just want to say that. I'm out. You guys keep kissing her. Hahahahaaaa." said Revan laughing as he walked out of Byan's room.

"Shevi what the hell is in the toilet?? It's been a long time." said Byan. After a while, Shevi came out.

"A really long time, who???" ask Byan.

"You're the same, Brother Revan. Byan's sister played nyosor." replied Shevi and then sat back on the sofa. He sat a little further away from Byan.

"Kok sitting far away???? Here,,,," Byan waved his hand telling Shevi to sit beside him.

"No, Brother!! I'm going home anyway." Shevi tried to refuse.

"Why rush??? You're not waiting for me?? I'll be home soon. We go home together" said Byan, trying to arrest Shevi.

"When again, brother. I promise, I'll keep you company until you get home from work." said Shevi.

"alright. I can't force you. Let me take you" said Byan and drove Shevi.
