Sissy arrived at the hospital.
"Mom, don't stress... The mother's fetus becomes tense when her mother is not okay" said the doctor.
"So, it hurts my stomach!" sissy shoot.
"I've given pain medication to mom. Wait for the reaction to the medicine to work, ma'am."
"It hurts. It hurts so much doc."
"Sus, please call the guardian" said the doctor.
"Good, doc."
"Mom, I'll ask the father of the mother's fetus to come. Wait a minute, hopefully it can make the mother's fetus calm."
("Why does my stomach hurt when I hear Antonio died? Even my heart hurts to hear it.") Sissy said in her heart.
Shortly, the hero came.
"What's wrong with you, baby?" ask the hero to Sissy.
"My stomach hurts a lot, ma'am." replied Sissy.
"You calm down, son. Papa's here." said Wira stroked Sissy's flat stomach.

Nathan and Belle's House.
"Hows it? Is Vanka talking?" ask Nathan.
"No, Nath. He won't talk to me." said Belle.
"Come here." take Nathan.
"Why?" ask Belle.
Nathan invites Belle into their room and locks the door.
"Why should it be locked?" ask Belle.
"Let no one come in." Nathan said.
"What's wrong? You don't be that weird freak, ya Nath! It's still morning!" belle complained to Nathan who seemed to know what her husband would do.
"What do you think? I just want to talk to you" Nathan said with a march on Belle.
"Speak what? Is it really important?"
"Yes. It's about Sissy."
"Why with him?" ask Belle.
"She's pregnant" Nathan said.
"Huh? Same with Mr Tono?" ask Belle again.
"Not."
"Well, I'll tell you everything."
"Tell me."
"I've been sending someone to spy on Sissy, and I'm surprised that Sissy became the mistress of a man named Wira. The man is a businessman in retail." explained Nathan.
"Don't it mean that the baby has a father?" ask Belle.
"I agree with that. But, there's something you should know too, honey."
"What's? You don't talk half-way through that, huh!" nagel Belle.
"I'm sure you'll be surprised. And I hope, you can keep this a secret for any time."
"I'm promise."
"Sissy slept with Antonio."
"WHATTTTT??!!??" squeak Belle.
"Stttt! Vanka can hear."
"Isn't your room soundproofed?"
"Oh yeah, I forgot." said Nathan.
"Nath, are u kidding me?"
(Nath, are you kidding me?)
"I'm serious, honey. I found out after checking the CCTV at the hotel. And it happened on our wedding night. I didn't think that a drunk Antonio could have been with Sissy" Nathan explained.
"What if Vanka finds out about this?"
"He's both at the moment. I hope you didn't tell him about this."
"I won't talk to him about this either, Nath."
"We are willing to let it go, which. We don't know the truth about it either. I'm just afraid that the kid Sissy's carrying is Antonio's son."
"There's no way they'd do that once but go straight to it. The chance of that happening is only 0.5%" said Belle.
"I'll keep looking for information on this. You calm down."
"Let me always talk about this?"
"Of course!" replied Nathan.
