Alya was not aware of Anton's presence in the doorway looking at her, she just continued to fumble.

Anton heard it was getting hardened his jaw and his hands were clenched, he had always felt fooled by Alya he always gave what Alya asked, including against his parents though, he had always,Anton saw the fitting of the flower next to the door he grabbed the fitting and threw it at them, when they turned to look at the door,so surprised Alya saw Anton standing in the doorway while shining a sharp unsheathed look, disillusioned hatred mixed in his gaze.
