Upon Varun's return from the bathroom, he no longer finds Alia at the dinner table. Only her mother seemed to be enjoying her meal.

"Mother.., where's Alia ?" asked Varun feeling like she lost the girl.

"Go" answered his mother briefly.

Varun frowned. "Go, I mean go where ?" asked Varun again while looking at his mother.

"Mom doesn't know, he just said there was urgent business. I tried to hold him back to wait for you for a while. But he still left" replied Ms. Tara finished her food. He stood up and left Varun riveted.

Varun, suspicious of his mother's attitude, tries to catch Alia out. But he lost quickly from the steps of Alia who first left her home.

Varun is convinced that his mother has done something to Alia. He went back into the house to see his mother.

"Mother.., tell me. What did you say to Alia ?" asked Varun to sneak into his study.

Mrs. Tara who was on the phone with someone did not understand Varun's words. Varun looked irritated, again asking the middle-aged woman.

"My mother asked Mom, what did you do to Alia ?" asked Varun again in a rather high tone.

Mrs. Tara stopped the phone immediately. Then put the phone down in a rather loud voice. He looked at Varun sharply.

"What am I really doing ?" answered Ms. Tara asked instead.

"Mom stop pretending. I know you very well, I must have said something to him right" Varun said, urging Mrs. Tara's.

"What are you talking about, I don't know what you mean" said the old woman.

"Mom, I know all this time you've been spying on my life. You secretly told Sam to stalk me."

Mrs. Tara was silent for a moment.

"I'll let her, as long as it doesn't interfere with my personal life, do it as you see fit" Varun said, leaving his mother.

Mrs. Tara looked at Varun's departure holding back her upset.

"That girl has affected Varun slowly, I will not allow that" he said in his heart.

...ΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩΩ...

On Campus.

Varun roared looking for the whereabouts of Alia, but he did not find the figure of the girl. The man also asked his lover to a friend who used to be with Alia.

"I didn't see him this morning" he said.

Varun with a lethargic face moved away and sat under the tree where he used to be alone.

"Hi.., you're here" said Sidd, suddenly coming to him.

Varun shifted his seat. Sidd could see the disheveled face of his best friend.

"Why with your face, you look like a man who just lost his passion" Sidd said.

Varun doesn't tease his best friend. He looked away, then again faced Sidd.

"What's wrong, why are you looking at me like that?" chirps Sidd.

"Sidd, did you meet Alia ?" asked Varun with sparkling eyes. He embraces both Sidd arms expectantly.

"Calm down, man, why is your face so anxious" said Sidd.

Varun was silent for a moment.

"Yes, I met him. He said he was going to Shimla with his mother" Sidd told him.

But it seems Varun still doesn't believe it. "Did he say something ?" Varun asked back. He has not been calm since last night.

Sidd looked at Varun, then recalled slowly the meeting.

FLASHBACKS

Alia rushed out of Mr.'s office. Bommans. From afar Sidd saw the girl's hasty steps.

"ALLIYAA.."

Alia stopped her steps and nipped at the source of the voice. Sidd walked up to him.

"Sidd, what's wrong?"

"You're in a hurry, where are you going?" ask Sidd in wonder.

"Shimla.., oohh. ."

Sidd looked stern. "Oh yeah did you see Varun?" ask Sidd later.

Alia shook her head. Sidd noticed Alia's visibly uninspired face while discussing Varun.

"What's the matter, you seem to be in trouble with Varun ?"

Sidd's question suddenly made Alia remember what she said. Tara at her house.

"No, Varun and I are fine" Alia replied as she stepped slowly. He tries to hide his uneasy feelings from Sidd.

"Thank God, oh yeah last night I went to your house to deliver this" Sidd said, giving her the book. "But auntie said you were going to Varun's house" Sidd said.

"Well, Varun took me to his house" Alia replied as she picked up her book.

"So you've met his mother?"

"Hmm..," nodded Alia softly. "Very impressive, oh yes I have to go away in the morning." said Alia.

"Heii.., you didn't tell Varun first" Sidd cheered softly.

But Alia did not comment on Sidd's words.he continued to move quickly.

"What's wrong with her?" inner Sidd said.

FLASHBACK OFF

"So Alia just said that?"

"Well, what else is it?" ask Sidd back.

Varun was silent for a moment. Lastly Alia went without saying goodbye to him, and today the girl did not even meet him.

"Hey.., why. Are you guys fighting?" sidd asked in wonder.

Varun shook his head slowly.

"Varun.., you're my best friend. If you have a problem tell me, maybe I can help you" Sidd said.

Suddenly Varun quickly embraces Sidd's body in front of him.

"Why are you, I can't breathe" said Sidd.

Varun did not care, he further tightened his embrace. Today, it feels like he wants to cry in someone's arms.

A few other students looked on as a grin watched them.

"Hey.., don't cry anymore. Aren't you ashamed to be seen by people. They must have thought that you and I were dating fools" Sidd teased.

Varun let go of his embrace. "You are," said the man, pushing slowly on Sidd's body.

Varun smiled back and wiped away the tears that had piled up at the corner of his eyes. Her mood slightly improved after hugging Sidd for a moment.

Sidd also knew the habits of his best friend.

A few days later

Varun meets Alia at his house. For a few days he did not meet the girl. He also felt guilty about the attitude of his mother who exclaimed the other day.

"Alia.., I'm sorry on behalf of my mother" Varun said looking at Alia who was standing behind him.

Slowly Alia turned her body. "Varun, I think maybe mom's right. We can't be together" Alia replied slowly.

"What do you mean ?" varun asked looking closely at the girl.

Alia was silent for a moment.

"Alia I love you so much, why did you say that?" added again.

Alia still did not answer the man's question.

"Are you not sure of my love?" varun asked as he approached her. "I beg you to fight with me, with our love" Varun said as he attached his face to Alia.

Alia looked at the two clear eyes of Varun. In his heart, he also desperately wanted to be able to live with the man.
