CHAPTER 4

After his meeting with Reina, Zen became a frequent visitor to the cafe. Usually he only comes once a month to check the end of the month report, which makes Daniel curious, in a week his boss can three times come to the cafe just to sit and chat with Daniel.

"Why Niel, is there anything you want to ask?" Zen opened his chatter with Daniel sitting in a corner near the glass wall directly facing the highway.

Daniel laughed at Zen's words, and it turned out that what he was thinking had been guessed by his boss.

"Lately, Mas Zen is very diligent in coming to the cafe, usually if it comes once a month" said Daniel chuckled and put one glass of Ice Americano on the table of Zen orders.

While sipping the coffee that was in front of him, Zen smiled at Daniel without saying a word, with his eyes occasionally glancing towards the cashier table, there was Reina who was serving customers.

"Niel do you believe in love at first sight?" Zen asked with a serious face.

Daniel flinched, so surprised to hear his superior's question, because all this time he knew Zen had never said what he felt to others including his cousin, Sarah. Zen type guy who is closed to personal affairs.

"Believe Mas, because I also never mengerasain, but that was when I was in school, lest Mas...?"

Not yet Daniel continued his words, from the direction of the cashier table there was a noise, there were customers who were scolding Reina.

"You want to corrupt the change? I've said the change is not even believe, what your parents are taught to corruption, how the hell is a cafe, rich employees gini really at work" maki a mother annoyed to Reina.

"Sorry Mom my parents never taught me to corruption, I can talk to me but don't take my parents" Reina said in a voice trembling with tears.

Then Daniel and Zen came to ask what was really going on.

"What is this storm?" daniel asked curiously while looking at Reina's reddened face.

This is Mas, this Mother...."

"You're the manager of this cafe!" The mother cut Reina's words.

"True ma'am, sorry what's wrong?" ask Daniel politely.

Daniel patiently answered the mother's complaint, "maybe there's a misunderstanding whether you've been looking for her change in the bag?" ask Daniel.

"It was, but nothing" the mothers replied.

Zen, who had just been silent and noticed, finally spoke up, while Daniel was talking to the mother, Zen found twenty thousand coins beside the mother's feet.

"Sorry Mom, this is me finding money falling on Mom's feet, maybe this is the change you're looking for" Zen gave up the money he found.

"Oh it fell" answered the mother, taking the money from Zen's hand, and it was obvious that his face was ashamed.

"I'm sorry then" said the mother again and walked away from the cafe.

"Wait!" zen stopped the mother's steps.

"Mommy has not apologized to my employees, instead of that, I have accused him of being a no-no" said Zen.

The mother turned around and walked up to Reina, saying "sorry yes I misunderstood" she said, extending a hand.

"Yes ma'am is fine" Reina smiled and returned the mother's hand.

Then the customer's mother left the cafe at a quick pace, embarrassed by her actions.

Reina's heart was relieved that finally the problem was over she immediately resumed her work like nothing had happened.

Zen looked at Reina with a faint smile, feeling that someone was paying attention making Reina misbehave.

"What's up, Mom?" ask Reina.

"Nothing" said Zen then he went to his study.
