Julian is taken in by the police, Julian does not fight back at all when the police handcuff him and drag him out of Elora's apartment.

Julian had no strength to resist after he was beaten to the ground by Max. Julian is furious, of course, that Max interfered with all his plans and got him arrested by the police.
