Understanding Husband

" Uh." Lola flinched and immediately looked at the face of her husband who looked flushed. Oh, it doesn't seem like he's upset that Lola is interfering with his concentration on watching football.

In a hurry Lola rolled her body over the other side of the bed when she saw Arvi now starting to turn off and put the iPad on the nightstand.

" Okay, okay I'm sleeping now" he said, then immediately pulled out a blanket to cover his face. " Next watch it!" He exclaimed from inside the blanket as he closed his eyes.

But it did not last long because suddenly Lola pulled the blanket that Lola used to cover her face before wrapping her small body.

" Do you think you can escape?"

Lola looked up at Arvi. The man's hand checks on both his hands making him unable to go anywhere. " Hey what the fuck?"

" Dad, Lola's going to bed!" Entirely.

" You want to go to sleep after you wake something up. Can't, you have to take responsibility."

" Who did I wake up to? Neighbor's son?" Lola pretended not to understand.

This certainly did not last long, because Arvi further narrowed the distance between them so that Lola could feel something hard and dull stabbing into her stomach.

Arvi kissed Lola's lips with passion. His eyes showed how blazing he was right now. Not only there Arvi also clicked her tongue in Lola's mouth while occasionally giving a bite to the woman's lips.

Lola sighed. Especially when Arvi now began to call the face on her neck with a tongue that swept every inch of her skin. Making Lola's hand more tightly hug her husband's back which is only wrapped in a thin cloth.

Lola bellowed as Arvi now began to leave a trace of possession on her neck and chest. Good Lord! Looks like today they're gonna stay up all night.

Lola woke up when she heard a loud bang. His eyes blinked while looking around. He frowned when he realized that the other side of the mattress was empty. While under his feet now there is a bulge hiding behind a blanket.

Lola was surprised to see the clock is now in the number nine. The effects of last night's battle made him so bad luck. Lola would just get out of bed when she realized that she was not wearing a single thread from under the blanket.

Good Lord! Where did she throw her bra and pajamas last night?

Lola got out of bed wearing a blanket. Seeing her bras and pajamas now splattered on the floor made Lola thoughtless. Soon he picked up the two before going into the bathroom to wash his face and brush his teeth.

In front of the mirror, he can see. A lot of bluish-red marks around his chest and neck. Who else would have done it if not the beloved husband. After finishing her business, Lola immediately went out of the bathroom. He can see now Arvi is sitting in a mattress while arranging dishes and also a glass containing milk on a folding table.

" Good morning my wife." Sapa Arvi when she realizes Lola's presence. He immediately got up from his position and kissed Lola. " See what I made for breakfast?"

Lola put on an amused smile. On the table now there is a plate of toast and strawberry jam and a glass of Vanilla flavored milk. A simple breakfast that tastes great because her husband wants to intervene directly in the making.

"Thank you." Sahut Lola is anxious while trying to put her foot in order to change to kiss the man's lips.

Arvi lowered her head as she wrapped her hands around Lola's waist. He kissed his wife so gently. Feeling touched by whatever she did, Lola must have appreciated it. He only made breakfast with bread and milk.

The two ended the kiss by throwing smiles at each other. Arvi pulled Lola's wrist towards the bed. Give her a piece of bread full of jam.

" Looks yummy." Lola enthusiastically accepted the bread and ate it. " Why do you want to make breakfast?" Ask curiously.

" No papa change aja make breakfast," reply Arvi joined in chewing bread. " Some of you must be tired from last night."

That's sweet, isn't it?

" Where are you going today?" Asked Arvi while wiping the corner of Lola's lips affected by jam with her thumb then licking it.

" Any at home! Tired." Complain Lola while sipping the milk made by her husband earlier. " Later we can watch TV while eating pizza."

" You make pizza?"

Lola grinned. " We'll order, hehe. If I make it, the kitchen's ruined."

Arvi pulled the corner of her lips. " All order food from others so that today do not need to cook."

" Huh, seriously?"

Arvi berdehem.

" That means I don't have to cook today, dong?"

" It's a holiday today." Reply Arvi while tucking Lola's slightly messy hair behind the ears. " Let's not tired."

Lola's smile was so perfect. " Thank you, baby!" He quickly kissed the husband's cheek.

Maybe this is one way Arvi can please Lola. He knew his wife must be tired if she had to do homework every day. Even if it helps it feels useless because it cannot always be at home 24/7. Hiring a housekeeper also sounds not a good idea because Lola always warns if she wants to do her own homework without interference from others.

Suddenly the phone rings displaying a name that Arvi is very familiar with.

" Who, Mas?" Ask Lola.

" Mama." Arvi then picked up the phone. " Hello Ma?"

" Arvi you didn't forget today, what day?"

Being told such a question made Arvi then look at the wife before distancing her phone.

" Dear today, what day?" His whisper.

" Thursday, Mommy." Reply Lola who followed whispered.

" Thursday, Ma!" Deuteronomy to the Mama.

" Yes, I know it's Wednesday." Harsh breath sounds at the end of there make Arvi become more and more clueless. " Don't tell me you forgot?"

" What day?" Arvi muttered softly but could still be heard by her Mama.

" Arvi today is Oma's birthday. The time you forgot? From this morning Oma nanyain Mulu when you want to leave. She's so upset with you both."

Arvi just realized then looked at the calendar near the nightstand. And sure enough today is Oma's 70th birthday.

" Ayeah I remember. It's just going to leave again too. Lola was ready for that." His words made Lola then widen her eyes. Ready to go where?
